Agree with your post to a certain extent, just that motif is still an unproven drug with virtually no money, an overhang of debt and a new trial that has to be funded. The $1 billion for a new drug is a known fact, but I don't think Iclaprim is a $1 billion new wonder drug.....

Only for the 2 flies on the wall gambler, in the chance they can make a buck calling how the mm's are going to play it on a daily basis. For the rest, ie, investor willing to take a risk in the the hope things get approved ect, it's best left till after the FDA meeting and not until Motif have laid out their plans going forward including how they will finance these, not forgetting the substantial load that is ongoing...gla

Cheer up boys, let's face it, no holder here atm is in profit and the wolves are just waiting on the sidelines to pick off any weak holders.I have seen this share sitting around 1p for months only to see it shoot up to 7p when the market makers decide to move it. Really haven't got a clue what the three day trail was about (meant to achieve) and having said that, it actually showed significant improvement on the third evening. I know were not happy with the performance of the sp, but our investments are pocket change to those who took part in the last fundraise ... we are going to have to bottom drawer it for now until the market decides it's time for its re-create.gla

If it breaches 40, top up time for me, down a packet atm but only a loss if you sell....unless we go bust ..lol. My guess is a buyout or a major pharma taking a large stake as we enter phase 3, that is, if trial results are good. Let's not forget it costs a pharma roughly $1 billion to bring a new drug to market, so $200 million for say..50% would be a good deal...gla..as always, just my take on things

Hi Rhodi, best if I leave the old ticker out of it for now. I doubt if the new appointments are a cover for upcoming bad news, why would such professionals put their name to a company that was going to fail in the coming months, let face it Vrp are a one trick pony, it works or bust. Re. The fall in the sp, The only people who know whats going on are the bod ect and wouldn't it look a tad suspicious it they all topped up when the sp was rock bottom, obvious reason to push it to a new artificial low. Great time for the average punter who may be thinking of joining or topping up......as always, just my thinking and gla

izstar, my post was not a dig at Rhodi, just pointing out the fact someone is pushing hard to drive the sp down as seen with the 10% plus fall on Nasdaq last night. No need to worry about me, I'm invested here and have been in and out over the years. Rhodi and I have spoken many times in the past, obviously not since my new ticker.

Looks like somebody wants the sp a tad lower....or more like zero..lol
