Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Back to volumes, as opposed to size.
Excess booked as an average, equated to 10 minutes per duty. About 7 hours in total.
Failures yes. But for this time of year, i'm sure it's acceptable.
Traffic is down in my office, in comparison to previous years, IMO.
@ Oli G.
Oh dear.
I have a feeling that Maximus1 will be appearing. All the way from Maderia. LOL.
@ Oli G.
"""""...but first you need to have children.......""""
Well, he could buy some. Madonna did. And he's clearly an extemely shrewd investor.
Dare i say that in the future we could be posting to:
Baaaaby Shark, do do do, Baby Shark, do do do. LOL
@ TheMoneyShark.
""""Spending your days in pubs and clubs…..and I’mSupposed to be impressed by that?
F*ck me.""""
Not impressed, Sonny. That's what young people do. If they have a life. You're engaging with a load of pensioners. Get back to your wife and kids. Hmmmmm!! Get back to your friends. Hmmmmm!!
You have nobody and nothing, apart from me, Oli, Broch, JB, Maximus, Telso etc, etc, etc.
And your investment is down.
To wean you of me, i will no longer reply to your posts this evening.
@ Oli G.
I'm still waiting for my quid 20.
But, if the price goes up, i'll be happy for the majority.
Some posters here are seriously under water. I won't mention any names.
@ TheMoneyShark.
""""I live the ‘do whatever the f*ck I want life’ get over it old man. You can’t turn back time and turn around your mess of a life. It’s over for you old man.""""
Of course you do, Sonny. And i'm not saying you should do any different. When i was in my thirties i didn't engage with anyone over 40. I was going to pubs, clubs, the gym and generally socialising. How sad and lonely must your life be, that I Spy, Oli G and Broch are your best mates?
I can engage with you any time i want!
So, Sonny, make sure you reply to this post. Or i'll tell Daniel.
@ Rover.
An excellent read. I'm certain in the not too distant past, Blackrock investors probably felt the same as some (lots) here.
The continuous mention of Mahenge makes me feel confident. How far apart these sites are, i don't know. Maybe the more clued up can shed some light on this.
Still holding, but not as much as some. But my main concern is dilution, at these low levels. I thought that the recent surge in the SP, was dilution led. But it's only a matter of time. The pot is not bottomless.
@ TheMoneyShark
""""No, I won’t be. I’m in my 30’s and got some fat accounts that will keep me ticking over nicely for the foreseeable thanks for your concern though grandad.""""
Of course you have. You also have a full an active social life. That's why you spend as much time on this board as is possible. You're antagonistic and try to draw other posters in, just for the engagement.
You actually have no life, IMO.
At least i'm a pensioner, and Grandad. You're in your 30's, yet continue to post day in, day out.
SAD.
OMG!!!!!! Daniel is investing again. Oh, goodie! Maybe i'll buy a share or two.
My prediction is a takeover bid of 550p per share within the next year. LOL.
@ Brendyboy
But not as busy as last November.
What you actually see, does not always stack up in numbers. The figures will be released in Feb 2024.
Is anyone going to ask questions at the Q & A? After the last one, when my question about the samples sent to Peru, was not answered in any way, shape or form, i think it's absolutely pointless. Plus, we know that anything slightly difficult to answer, will not even be asked.
@ Jackbal. A more apt description would be total bullsh*tters. Bhargavs description is far too nice!
@ Brendyboy.
I was speaking to a MC manager today, and he said that there are problems with space He said that there were more packets because of increased collections over the weekend, but the real problem was the amount of large parcels, not the small ones.
We were completely clear of all parcels in my office, myself included. Mail failed, but not a great amount. Yes, some staff will book excess, but not everyone. IMO it was just a heavier day.
@ TheMoneyShark.
RM was privatised in 2013. Hardly a twinkle in your Dad's eye then, unless you are nine. That would explain the petulance, screaming, crying and volatile nature of your posts though. LOL.
RM employees and non employees.
Can anyone here tell me why the USO is failing?
I don't expect a response from anyone not employed by RM. But give it your best shot.
Another good sign that Craig C is doing what he is being paid to do. The fact the the potential inpropietary is actually mentioned in an RNS, no matter how small, has guilty written all over it. And this from the CFO. With Craig C running the show, the only way appears to be up. Surely?
@ TheMoneyShark.
When has a full year dividend been released in November? I thought (possibly wrongly) that the November statement meant payment in January (interim) and the May? statement meant payment in September. Does this mean that you will get your divi paid in September, as per the previous full year divi's? I cannot see a payment date.
@ TheMoneyShark
""""No. I wouldn’t agree. Because it’s not going to be a half year dividend, it’s a full year dividend.""""
That makes it even worse then! LOL.
What do you think the divi will be then? Assuming it's modest, as stated, of course. I'd love to get the inside tack from a professional.
@ Broch.
""""It's worth remembering that RM agreed to revert to the old sick pay policy if and when the absence rates overall reach around 5.5%,as outlined in Paragraph 6.4.1 of the new agreement.""""
Do you actually think this part here is worth the paper it's written on? I have the new sickness policy taped to my frame. The majority don't even know it exists. And if somebody does have two absences in a rolling 12 months, who is going to say that the national average is below 5.5%?
Plus, you do have some serial sickies. Do you think that RM will continue to feather the nest of these members of staff? The answer is no.
@ Oli G.
I posted something similar a while ago.
Maybe, the average salary includes the lazy white collar brigade. I know there are plenty within RM.
We will soon be having three CEO's, when it used to be two. Another half a million sovs, plus, down the drain!!!
@ TheMoneyShark.
The bonus was in two seperate payments. One local and one national. 250 each, paid at 25 quid per week for full office clearance and full national clearance. In my office we failed on day 1, and have continued to fail every day since. The "clear office policy" is dependent on what the managers report. Unless they lie to achieve this, then there is no way that any office will be clear.
Average national sickness is about 2.5%. RM is double that. But with the new sickness policy, see below, let's see what happens.
