Award of APC26 Grant

Strip Tinning Holdings plc (AIM: STG), a leading supplier of specialist connection systems to the automotive sector, is pleased to report that it in conjunction with the grant consortium companies has been successful in the governments DRIVE35 funding programme, facilitated by the Advanced Propulsion Centre UK (APC) APC26; "Industrialising net zero automotive technology".

Strip Tinning's role in the Inter Connected Cell Assembly project is to develop the individual cell sensing and communication to the Battery Management System, in order to aid battery passport requirements.

Strip Tinning are very proud to be part of a consortium of such high calibre organisations as Jaguar Land Rover, Warwick Manufacturing Group, Lubricants UK and Novelis.

The grant award to Strip Tinning is for £857,000. The project starts in Q3 2025 and is a 2.5 year project.

For the grant funding to be committed, the project start up requirements need to have been met (finance checks, forecasts, exploitation plan etc.), the collaboration agreement signed, and the grant offer letter received.

The person responsible for arranging the release of this information on behalf of the Company is Mark Perrins, Chief Executive Officer.

Just need more patience. Diamonds are there, just need cleaning and selling. Those that are willing to wait will see multiple returns from this share price.

I think we might get there quicker, too much buying pressure, some big ttrades going through. Might pop if buying continues

I think the share price is primed to blow. Revenue going up daily. Market makers been toying with the share price, looks like they have been trying to shake off some shareholders. Didn't think woul get opportunity to top up at .3p this morning. Can see this going on a crazy upward trajectory over coming weeks and months. Could be life changing share for some people.

Good update, buys slowly coming in now.

Doesn't normally move like this now up 26%. Something must be going on in the background although not huge trades the buying is consistant. Maybe some news has been leaked

As per the last RNS should be getting some revenue for the oil produced before the end of May.

Hopefully get RNS sometime next week<

Share price should start re-rating on oil revenues.

Are they in negotiations about the 1st well or the whole acreage?
