Roger, if u read my earlier post i have already voted no to the resolutions.

The compant no doubt has first class products, but it is digraceful how the share prich has drifted from £3 to virtually nothing.

i'm fed up with the board, Change is needed this lot have decimated the private investors. Not bothered if I lose the rest of my holdings. Need some independent people on the board with skin in the game. To look out for our interests.

I was conflated but voted NO. The share price was over £2.50 once upon a time, The current board have totally decimated the share price. Something needs to change can't have the same incompetent jokers having a free hand in running and ruining the company. They don't need huge salaries can easily live off £5,000-£8,000 a month whilst the company has regular income coming in.

They are not willing to do that whilst decimating the PI, i'd rather they go bust then keep funding the clowns.
