i would suggest RBD could no longer fund Rathlin's share of the wn drill. They will shortly have those funds and things will progess very quickly from here.

if you consider rbd were attempting to buy c15% of rathlin's wn license for £7m in rbd shares , i think the owners may have felt it was a litte undervalued.

What traders trade on companies 6 months from now, that's IF wressle even goes into production in that time frame. They trade on the here and now. What serious company raises funds in advance for what might be, not knowing when it will be.
