If truth be told the only winners to come out of WN have been those that sold. Most bought in late and sold early. Longer term holders 6 months or more and those that added on the dips and the news have been well stuffed, this christmas turkey has been eaten early this year. WN has been shown up to be another one of those aim shares that's been manipulated had its pants pulled down and been well and truly rogered by insider traders who new exactly when to buy and sell ahead of the general market. I've no doubt this will eventually come good, we have a long road ahead tho, expect a thorough workout on your sphincter.

peeps suggesting a shares overhang or inferring the price wont rise are talking nonsense, UJO have already dropped below 0.15p recently and those that were going to sell have IMO already sold, the £5m placing is huge, some of these guys are on a free ride, i dont see them bailing or at least part selling until the sp doubles from here. Need some news though, hopefully something good to sustain and promote the sp.

You know that as a fact not an assumption, do you also know the level of financing required to take part in the placing.?
It wasnt an option for me in any case given the fact i had already bought on the previous dips, but not as low as 0.15 as like many here we were duped by insiders whose unscrupulous methods derailed the placing at a significantly higher price.

So true, those that were in from the start of the WN journey, took all the risk and held throughout all the share manipulation and dodgy trading didnt get the opportunity to buy any of the 5M share offering at discounted rates, the same guys who sold down are more than likely the same guys who are back in again at 0.15, this time the shares they bought are more than likely a free carry for them, they are just returning the money they fleeced from all the PI's who invested here. Sadly thats AIM for you where the winners will always be the winners its like taking candy from a baby. They think they are clever , thats not the case, the position they find themselves in isnt down to them, its a rigged market where those with the most money will always win, they are the dealers, they always have a trump card to play. The options are you could sell the 5m you have and buy 10m at 0.15, or you could just top up and have an av of 0.16. better still why dont you just f right off, lth's have taken out all the risk and twats like you come on here to spout this purile pish.

26m invested by those in the know, including the board, they have better information, better analysis and deeper pockets, they dont buy into failure. No news is where we are at, its killing the sp and any upwards momentum, lets hang fire on delivering the coup de grace on W.N just yet.

We have all read about Humbers cash issues, the licenses that may affect UJO wressle, Bisc and WN are all part of both partners commercial alliance and MOU, they were co investors in these licenses. I would imagine any sale, part sale or commercial deal of humbers assets will have been run past DB before going to the market, i can see some sort of deal with royalties and farm ins etc, Humber may want to preserve cash for its WN prospect, who knows they have a lot to consider, they dont have shareholders to worry about at the moment, they could even consider having an IPO and going public, so much up in the air at the moment with lots of opportunity.

Taverham, why sell it down when the market has indicated its worthless, they are not buying, sell it to who the guys that are currently sitting on their hands waiting to pounce. Wont be RBD they cant afford to cover all these separate costs.
I'm guessing UJO and Humber have been caught out, UJO has been helping Humber with its drill costs and has now lost patience and its cash levels need to be replenished to pay for itself and Humber.

Most if not all are selling at a loss, at this price, holders i expect accumulated as the price went up and have higher averages than current sp, we are all treading water , my average is 0.17 as I bought in at 0.8, 0.10, 20 and 25, i also bought some at 0.16 to wipe out my account. As you would expect i'm a little miffed at current proceedings, it feels like UJO has been stripped bare, dumped in a barrel of fish guts, thrown off a boat into a shark infested pool. Something needs done and done pronto to arrest this fall and that's the guy at the helm's job to fix.

jippyjazz and how far with all their other ventures will the 8m cash from the placing, less 1.5m ear marked, so 6.5m get RBD when or if they have to pay most of ther drilling costs at WN, this is a joint venture and needs to be to limit exposure at this point in the journey.

short term they dont need a placing, get the ewt oit the way first as was planned.

Ive been reading various reports about Humber oil being skint and they may lose out on their licences.
Given UJO and Humber have an understanding (MOU) and are commercial partners and co-investors in UK oil and gas opportunities such as wressle, WN and Biscathorpe, where there are closely linked and obvious friendships have grown between both companies, I do see this as an opportunity for UJO to add to their license % holding given the ties they have and still retain.

This is a two edge sword as would require further funding for UJO to commit to any one of these these projects. On the other hand it opens the door for UJO to obtain a larger percentage in a huge prospect in any one of these licenses, UJO could if the placing goes ahead help part fund some of Humbers costs, who knows but it would increase UJO's interests and investors confidence if they can get the placing away and deliver something of value on the back of it.
Its a strong buy from me.

some of that cash 1.5m is already ear marked so 6.5m. They have more than enough to be getting on with. A buyout from a major would be the best option for RBD and UJO, it would give the project the boost it needs.
