It would certainly send a message out to the market for sure if they could agree an improved price, maybe instill some confidence to the sp and DB's leadership of UJO.

Do you know what would really really annoy me and many others i would suggest is, if they hold the price here for a few days and come next week they raise on the average of the previous 5 day's thus allowing the market abuse and condoning the manipulation of the share price by allowing it to proceed at a price dictated to by the thief or thieves who have robbed UJO and its shareholders of many millions of pounds in equity.
Or do the placee's agree a fare price with DB given the manipulation by unscupulous parties and the unjustified sell off on the back of insider trading or are they quite happy to take advantage and rinse the shareholders once again as they succumb to greed while shaking their heads and claiming its not their fault.

Will we see directors buying into the placing. Hopefully they will, as on the last placing and before the volumetrics increase they bought in at 0.17p. I would image they are not best pleased in seeing their company and investment trashed by those they confided in, i know we are all more than a bit miffed by whats happened here with the SP recently, i have to say if i was one of the directors who bought in on the last placing at 0.17 I would be raging for sure, its not just the money its the time and effort they have put into making the company a success only to be cut off at the knees by some greedy *******s.
Lets hope the management can both retreive this situation and find the guilty party in short order so we can move on from here. So what's next, i would expect the placing along with updated EWT news, maybe an update on Biscathorpe, who knows but i expect it will be good, the price we see today will be short lived, its only a blip, i'm now holding at a 0.17p average after buying in from 0.8p and accumulating , i thought i would never see the day where my holding would be in the red however briefly , today it happened, im ****ed off about it, like many, some worse off than me, i'm still holding but with whats happened my targets have changed along with my longer term strategy for UJO. its a setback for long term holders or mid term or those that bought on the lows of 0.8p and started to accumulate as the story unfolded, great for those buying in now on the back of some fantastic news and a hopefully funded company who can take this forward to the point of sale.

They would have to hold shares first before selling down, so pretty useless if you dont hold but great if you know someone who has millions.

the insider who leaked this info should be jailed and any monies he has should be taken from him as proceeds of crime.

you can only top up if you were in the know about the placing, those that were daft enough to rely on company info and not hearsay or insider info have been duped and have already spent their pot.

would have to be insane to sell at 0.14 tho, wouldnt you. very few if any could make a profit at that level. Even those lucky enough who bought in early and have accumulated shares are above that average, given all thats gone before.

DB spoke with the city money men last W/E, he will have been given his answer by now.

If the shares are not suspended on Monday morning or UJO do not deliver an RNS to quell the sell off, the SP may well drop or be held at the level the MM's expect as the agreed placing price.

On the other hand (my clutching at straws moment) the SP could rise, we may have large buyers in the city who will be well aware of the current shenanigans and may see this as an opportune moment to buy a large chunk of WN through UJO.

DB, I expect will have given an indication of the price he was looking for last w/e before it was sold down as we all watched in horror at the sp dropping by 30% on increased volumetrics. In any case im holding until my price is met, the value of WN will eventually shine through.

Exactly fairview, dump them at a high price and buy the shares back the following week at a discount, f'n marvelous business model, its a money tree on steroids.

The BMD exclusive was the catalyst, (the rumour) the big seller was primed (the news release) the sell off started weeks ago as insiders (the board of directors) and its closed group discussed a placing, they knew the when and how much.
The big seller i would suggest also knew the when and how much as he/she sold out, he/she probably had this information before DB even approached the market money men for cash. The big seller will now be the big buyer as he/she and his associates now have 30% more cash and will buy them back at 30% less than they sold them for.

I may have been a bit strong in likening Bramhill to Lenigas, i do feel he has been let down those he trusted and those he has confided with, im of the opinion he is well intentioned but has been rag dolled by those whose only interest has been in lining their own pockets to the detrement of the company and its shareholders.
In regard to the up coming placement i hope to see the new work plan fully costed with dates and some update on WN be it further delayed, good or bad, the insiders already have this information and have probably known for weeks, the news vacuum on WN is killing the sp, release an update and tell us where we are exactly, provide your PI's with a level playing field.

good point to note they will have upwards of 7.5m in cash so its not all doom and gloom if the placing is both successful and oversubscribed.
