Don't get involved with predictions, you have no idea what acquisitions will drive growth this year, and that will be the driving factor.

Etap and Andrew are very different. You would need multiples of the current mcap for even one of these assets.

Serica don't have the cash reserves to purchase either of Andrew or ETAP, unless its going to be on a IOU and take of decommissioning responsibility like they did on Bruce.

The wells are very different across those assets in terms of lifespan, but obviously a smaller operator has less onshore overheads so the price point may be different.

By paying US$315 million, GeoPark gains the control of assets that are worth US$670 million, with an implied discount of over 50%. In other words, the acquisition helps add approximately US$5.9 per share of additional intrinsic value to GeoPark stock.
