The drilling at Zagra was to have been completed by end of Dec 2018, surely the results must be ready after 5 months! furthermore it's interesting that the engagement of SRK excludes any mention of Zagra.

Whilst not wishing to get on this Brexit debate particularly on this bb, I would however like to correct these assumptions of democracy being bandied about- democracy is not an absolute and depends on the quality/quantity of information available at any particular time and decisions based on democratic processes can be changed if further information become available- WTO is the least of the democratic organisations, it's basically a bully club organised by big bullies for their own interests initially US, and now because others bullies coming onboard- China, India etc the original bully boy wants to disown the WTO.

B2H- good point, it's either that or the the cost/availability of the desired equipment has changed and needs to be ok'd by the partners.

Alan17 that's what I assumed to be the case and it's not the agreement per se, It's "discussing flow testing equipment costs", surely they have agreed these beforehand- on the other hand I am perhaps reading too much into it, just sounds very odd to revisit further on this aspect of the agreement.
