Just in case anyone is wondering why so many sells this morning I believe they are all buys.
Since first thing I have been able to buy just under 38p and can only sell at 37p.
It looks like any free stock is being soaked up as buy price is going up slightly again but still not over 38p.
As a positive they are happy to buy my shares at 37p

Does anyone have a link to Wednesdays presentation?? Looking at the ADVN site a member has mentioned they considered more time given to Toll Milling than expected.
Also good to see POG slowly rising, whilst not a producer it’s hopefully a slow rise to peak as we enter production (Carlsberg moment)!!

Interesting question CF, hopefully we can get some answers as I am intrigued?
Must admit I didn’t know anything about them until I watched the interview however the CEO Bert came across well and it also looks like their core shareholders will have helped raise their profile.
I am not sure how they compare to CNR but Looking at the LSE BB it’s interesting things seemed to have happened relatively quickly after a placing in April....
Also surely with our resource Mark should be able to negotiate the best possible terms Re finance

Maybe MB is rushing to buy .....

Surely Munchbox wouldn’t want the share Price to go down.....

Not going to get into ****ging matches detracting from CNR’s value.....if it’s a lost cause and Mark is full of BS why was fundraising so easy and Directors bought back in??

It’s odd really, reading back on messages from the last few days you would think we were a typical Aim share with questionable accounting, dodgy placings or death spirals and built on hype alone!
Even I have been guilty of thinking the share price will and should go down through no news!

In reality in the last 2 months we have got our permits and sorted medium term financing getting us ready for our most important stage!

SP Angle said short term value over a £1 and only a few weeks ago we were 60p. Admittedly if you add in dilution for the fundraising we should be under 50p like for like however surely now we are a bargain??
Hopefully Tester will be more than Happy to post NAV calculations however for anybody reading this board I think every contributor agrees we have good management, amazing assets and have been derisked.
Even the most negative who question short term gain agree the price is destined to go up!
I am not trying to ramp even though I am a shareholder who will gain, just want to ensure we all agree on a fair price for CNR and that any would be investors can see the value.
We know the rise is coming, just wish I knew when it was!!

7and28 totally get your point re everyone’s position, and trust me the last thing I would encourage anyone is to get over exposed.
Re the re rate I agree we won’t see full value (unless we are bought out which could happen at any time), however I do see a gradual rise as further building blocks are put in place!
As previously mentioned once the Mill is bought it will answer a lot of questions re finance and overal CAPEX, and if Toll Milling is agreed surely 80p is on the cards minimum?

If it does drop, as you say fill your boots!!!!
The buyers should benefit in the long run and whilst 2 years sounds a long time till production, there will be lots of news beforehand taking us up to a SP level proportionate to our value!
When our time comes we will be that hot stock that everyone chases!!!

If Toll wasn’t still a consideration for both parties it would have been taken out as Mark would clearly know awkward questions will be asked.

Connect even if it does the only ones that lose out are those that sell and then can’t get back in at a lower price.
Must admit on both rises I bought a few to sell whilst keeping my core holding.
As I said I bought 10k today and if it does reduce plan to buy more!
The rise will come on next news and as a positive no one knows when to expect it
The fact Jim Mellon and the others bought in again at 36p says to me there is amazing value as they have the total picture ??

This may sound a stupid question however I assume he will need to confirm funding when he agree to purchase the mill, even if he only needs to put a deposit down in the first instance??

Sounds quite positive although guess without Toll Mining it does allow the price to stagnate.
Fingers crossed he keeps the news flowing!

Because not all buys are buys.
If you look at the 36.20 trade near end of play that was the sell price at the time!
People are clearly selling for whatever reason whether it be big trades or smaller ones.
I personally feel as confident as ever hence my buy at 36.7 (roughly placing price).
All it takes is one bit of news and we are flying. Whereas everyone previously knew the permits were coming we truly don’t know what the next news will be and how it will effect the share price......
Come what may surely anyone buying now will see profit whether it be tomorrow, next week, next month!!

Ps not my buy at 3.24pm, just bought after 4.00pm so won’t show yet

Well you talked me into it......not that I needed much persuading!!!
Just bought another 10k at 36.7p, probably should have bought when around 36p but wanted to see some buying first....
I didn’t think 3 weeks ago I would get the chance to buy at this price so fingers crossed it’s up up and away!!
