To keep up my posting statistics lol….. I can buy over 125k shares freely on II at 25.22p and whether I buy 5k or 133k it’s the same price.

Someone has been trying to sell down their holding as it’s been the same through all the recent SP drops..

Sein, whilst I have traded my holding down in CNR in my heart of hearts I truly hope it comes good, if only for those long-standing faithful shareholders.

Like some on here I will miss CNR when it’s gone, it’s been part of my life and taught me loads of lessons.

Personally I cannot believe JM said we would be producing 100k Oz / 150 k / Oz by now lol

With shares to sell and even the most pushy I’ve investors predicting news in September my money is on 25p to buy but end of the week

Well I think we can all see why the 40p warrants weren’t taken up!

It wasn’t price sensitive news restricting them from insider info trading! It was lack of news and an uncertain future.

The MM’s will sell me over 100k shares so we are at an impass….

Dictum whilst I value your posts I have to disagree with you. The SP has dropped because the MM’s have lots of shares they want to sell and they are doing all they can to move them.

I can’t remember being able to take over 125k shares in one go on II before…..

Jim’s tweet doesn’t seem to having an affect. The MM’s will sell me 125k shares at 26.75 so I wouldn’t be confident of a rose before positive news!

On a personal level I am really happy, I have been trading the share watching the sells and buys acting accordingly.

FYI I bought 20k at 27.7p so shares I sold at 31.55 are now circa 15% cheaper.

Equally outside of CNR I am really happy … what’s not like spending 3 days in Harrogate playing golf and getting paid for it!

So crashing, down 9% already and as I can buy 100k now at 27.25 and over 100k at 27.4p it’s clear someone wants out!

If you look (and as I have stated over the years) I have only invested/gambled in CNR (with a slight play in CEY) alongside the company I work for.

The rest is in a managed Pension/ISA out of my control.

Unlike some I am not going to say all is Rosey when it isn’t!

If the SP is going up and shares are in demand I will post, equally if we can’t sell I will report.

Electric, some people trade CNR to make money and follow trends, others only post blue skies!

I could see the price going down yet I never sold more, we need news fast!

MMS will sell me 100k shares so every likely good we will soon be 28p to sell hmmmm

Let’s be frank, god forbid if we don’t get an offer what plan b could Mark and Jim have apart from take us under on the cheap!

If others don’t think we are worth 40p minimum (but I was thinking 60p) how can we finance anything?

Yes we could beg Calibre to do a toll deal but it certainly wouldn’t be in the interests of smaller shareholders like myself.

I am not going to say I am ultra confident of an outcome as to be honest I am not. I have reduced my holding considerably as I am up after trading the CNR share for the last 5 years but this really is crunch time!

I have saved this post till after trading as don’t want to be considered de-ramping but Mark really needs to pull this out of the hat ….and a message to everyone, don’t gamble what you aren’t prepared to lose, I haven’t!

In seriousness I think we all agree we will get a minimum of Marks required 40p, although should be considerably more, there may just be a few bumps beforehand 😄
