I think we now all also understand, there was never any institutions buying the last placing. The RUSE that then current Holders, could buy at the placing price, did not materialise. But got then investors thinking they had been somewhat catered for:) Till off course THE SUPPOSED HICCUP. Which turns out to be a good thing, in hindsight. However Mug Punters got the 5p stock sold to them for 5-6-7p as it was being fed into the markets, days and weeks, before the placing was announced.
