Acquisition of 26 Moroccan permits

Critical Mineral Resources plc ('CMR' or the 'Company), the exploration and development company focused on clean energy metals in Morocco, is pleased to announce that it has acquired 26 exploration permits in central Morocco prospective for copper, antimony, tungsten, lead-zinc and gold. CMR has acquired the permits through the acquisition of Hesperis Resources SARL, a Moroccan company.

The acquisition transforms CMR's incubator portfolio in terms of the Company's footprint of prospective ground in Morocco and its exposure to a wider range of critical metals and minerals. The Hesperis permits are located in the Rabat, Beni-Mellal, Agadir and Errachidia administrative regions and cover approximately 400 km2. These regions boast a number of historical and current mining sites with established road and power infrastructure.

Reflecting Hesperis' confidence in the opportunity the permitted ground offers and CMR's ability to develop it, its shareholders have agreed to an all-share transaction that sees CMR issue 3.0 million shares to the owners of Hesperis at completion, followed by 1.5 million shares deliverable at the start of drilling. As a sign of their commitment to the project the Hesperis shareholders have also agreed to a ten-month lock-in period

Manipulated down like today, then explodes North and a few days later we find out a Big New Copper find gets announced. Todays Buy sell action deceptive. Something going on very positive which will be shown in Sp tomorrow as a Huge rise imminent imho

Maybe a 10 Bagger in 24 Hours too much. But 200% or 300% 4p-6p very probable. Could spike to 9p or more.

If That Copper find you highlighted is as Big as you state, looks huge on Google Maps BTW. Then This is probably the best Small Cap in the Uk currently for upside potential. I will add a 100k or so in morning. first buy:)

I think so, like ENET everyone thought it a basket case but 30 bagged. It had though 200 Mill shares in issue and was in bankruptcy court. CMRS only 50 Mill in issue, MKT cap a TINY £900k. 40% of Shares in strong Hands.

I see the Copper. Todays Action was more than weird with holding Rns from Big Holder thrown in, pointless sale I think a few thousand pounds. Cropper still has 23% and Director 16% thats just 28 mill in free float.

I think the selling is just retail a few stale holders got worried after MMS dropped the Sp by 30% on 250k sell this morning.
