It is now or never for this pathetic,woke bunch to be taken over. The sp says all about what ITV has to offer. With £ to $ parity any USA buyer can get this set up at bargain basement price. If no buyer steps in at this optimum moment in time then surely no takeover is going to occur for many years.

Present sp seems very generous. surely few will buy shares in Kromek a company unlikely to be in existence much longer.

I have listened to Lithium/Portugal. Overall it does not sound good for SAV. Indeed China and to some extent Russia hold the winning hand. E U style "democracy" meanwhile presents as inept and irrational.

Now the £ is looking to parity with the $ it seems this company is a "sitting duck" for a USA take over at a dirt cheap price. OR am i missing something ?

The current sp sadly reflect my view that Politicians,especially in the E U are never to be trusted..Love to be told by you how wrong i was,sometime soon .

Anything less than £9 a share and we have been "conned". Surely the BOD will not take easy money now rather than work to see the correct value sp return in due course.

Not sure about a Take Over. surely this is just a sensible adjustment from a value sp that implied the company was about to collapse. Those close to the company happily know that is not the situation. They are buying in at a bargain price.My guess is the sp will settle at about 8p for some time.

Like taking sweets from a baby. Weak £ and clever USA speculators can take out quality undervalued UK companies for well below their true value.

We now know via Questor that the wise expert who recommended Kromek back in 2017 has been reducing his holding. It seems he still has not given up entirely on this sad outfit. If you see that as good news then buy in when the sp hits 5p. Most DT readers see this stock as one for clowns/gamblers..Plenty of clowns among the BOD that is one certainty.

Good news the sp is more than half of what it was six months ago.
