Was not enough free float to give a big percentage in merger deal to private bosses . So extra shares needed to dilute free float to buy company’s with shares ....this in turn reduces the free float below the previous free float . Company grows in value instantaneously as well . So just got to sit through the rubbish . Catch you all Sun night . So DS May not buy untill deal done so he doesn’t decrease the free float making it impossible to give the private bosses the correct percentage of the company shares . They are not intrested in the number of shares but the percentage of the business they get through shares . My guess .

They will likely be worth many millions and be revenue and profit producing.
