Not likely . Just unnecessary dilution from this bad finance . Dilution can kill business but not 5his early in its life cycle .

Simple fact when the cash in the bank ( without debt ) is higher than the M Cap the SP shouldn’t fall lower . Or at the very least it should balance around there . So your predicting spending is not relevant at this moment . As we are predicting day to day effects of the loan notes / bonds conversions . I think it will hold around here for a trading week then fly up and keep rising . But for now we are talking day to day cash value .

Stu can you please quote actual debt ? Not what they are operating at ! Bank loan , Wonga etc actual debt ! . As otherwise the cash in bank is possative against company value . What they spend tomorrow orthe next day is irrelevant when comparing today’s cash in bank against today’s company value .

The lack of debt and all the cash created are saving the company from enyalation from the death spiral finance loan notes/bonds .there is a limited effect the super short ( loan notes ) can have as at some point the company is cash positive and the market are taking the PI** taking the SP lower than that . I got caught out , I bought last week thinking this must be the real deal surviving death spiral . I held ( not worth me moving now ) so yes I got a bloody nose as well . Just hold through it maybe a week .then it will bounce very very high . This has shown super strength against this the worse Finance in the world . A loan shark has more morals than the loan company , they are just privileged super Shorters holding all the cards . Hold and chill .

Cause it is they decide when to convert .they lower the SP by selling the previously converted shares in to the market then convert at the bottom that they created by selling in to the market all at once ( or very fast ) . They deliberately crash the SP to get more shares taking it down in a death spiral . It’s like a supershorter who has 90%of theshares and can controll the SP . Just put death spiral finance in to your search engine and you will see .

Loan notes otherwise known as death spiral finance is as close to shorting as you can get without shorting . The Bond holder converts to shares and sells into the market which lowers the SP then they convert again getting even more shares for the same amount they sell in to the market again reducing the SP even further and convert again getting even more shares than the previous times to sell in to the market ...hence death spiral finance ...dilution dilution and even more dilution . U.K. markets aren’t they great . WDC is holding up well considering loan notes usualy kill a company eventualy . I have resigned my self to just hold through the process of dilution and lots more dilution .

Still less than £10 K each peanuts to keep a wage multiples of that going . They have bought a poxy amount to try and keep a huge wage flowing in . Not very inspiring. They should put their money where their mouth is . Buy more than a months pays worth

Directors not showing much confidence there . About £5 K . After a big drop and another 83% discount , you would think they would fill their boots at such a discount and knowing the future . Warrants not looked sorry .

Look at the trades top of page next to RNS . Last night some one sold over 5 million shares around 1.8p so that counterbalances to days buys and a bit . ASI say I believe it will take years to shift them all because the buys have to out way the sells for any to come of .GLA .

Don’t mix up £ worth of shares and numbers of shares . There are option shares on top of the £4 million . That is where the buys are from . Not even started on the placing shares yet . Then the already sold option shares want to flip some ! .

So in your experience of placing shares how long to shift over £4 millions worth at 2p each . I think years , because of this the price will drift below 2p and it will take even longer ...there are sells as well along that long road making it longer . The company needs to reach break even then profit .

One or two weeks . May hit below 0.30 but then it is all positive . So chill and wait .

Mr Howard jumped ship a while back and Ms King was trying to escape bit by bit .

The question is ....Is Dave Sefton playing the game with the loan notes deliberately encourage the diluting effect of the loan notes so he can get a cheap top up next week ? . Typical of the U.K. markets yet big hedge funds keep losing millions playing on the UK markets .

The loan notes are known as death spiral finance . Loan notes and placings are as bad as each other . I thought WDC had got away with it because they need the extra shares to buy another company in shares . The doctors the professor and the business may well be world class but Dave Sefton is just another want to be Boss who can’t controll the dilution of his given company . Shame ! . Give it two weeks .

The site still works but people can see a penny a share , with 400,000,000 to shift when the financers needed a good month of dilution then another 83% knocked of to take the risk . The gamblers will hold out for 6 months looking for 0.5p . Bet it’s been slashed 99.9% for the placing to be accepted . Not a good vote of confidence .

You can support a company or you can continually attack a company trying to dilute it into ablivion ...you are trying to dilute and destroy a company shame on you and your friends . It is that simple . You know your goal more dilution as much dilution as you can force . I hope your family are never in the Ironic position ........ enjoy

I will continue to hold my shares and build on my holding as I wish to support a company who has a main goal of saving young lives around the world and supporting families going through the worse time possible . I am repulsed by the market and can’t be bothered reading the Annimals posts at the moment , they have one aim dilution of the company , slowing the company down and possibly even killing it eventualy .
