2) Leaves AIM and can buy any number of shares of private owners ( that’s us ) by private deal . Awkward to deal but no dilution from the placing , option or warrants on AIM .
I think he will stay on AIM and use MXO/ADM to prove he can build a great empire . The M Cap will be instant proof of his success , but if he takes it private the M Cap disappears and his public proof of skill ( climbing M Cap/company value ) disappears with it .
