With £40 million short term to us and up to £90 million long term to us , I am topping up along the way . This is just one project . £1.45 million just gone in to the bank and £1.45 millions worth of warrants removed and a big holder now committed to 3 months no trading and another 3 months orderly trading on top of that ....they are very confident , toeing up all that money for 6 months ! . No escape for them no matter what world events happen ! .

There probably won’t be a share buy back but it would be a stroke of genius if they did and the warrants were exercised to finance a share buy back . A existing big investor forward sold and bought back more shares than sold cheaper which gave £1.45 million without the typical £100,000 fees or more for such a sum , this removed the dreaded Warrants that stop big investors investing and secured the fact the investor can’t and won’t sell for over 3 months , now if we buy back say £1 million of those shares then the warrants will have been removed for minimum dilution encouraging big hedge funds to invest and giving a few hundred grand to plod along . Pure genius to increase security and confidence by removing warrants and show big holder staying put . But are they that cleaver ? .

We have started the process for a £40 million job which typically would have staged payments . Then years later will lead to annual payments as well . So we now have a good income . Which will grow as contracts are signed and finance from third party’s are signed up . All happening . The de rampers want you to think we are putting the finance up our selves ! . We are a recognised authority in sorting the finance with the contacts .

Shall we start with trader1111 who has said this is a great trading share in and out for around 30% at a time . The traders are de ramping it as low as they can to buy in and trade out and de ramp again , just keep the yo yo moving up and down as far as they can . Trader has respect for openly explaining the plan .

If they bought back shares the advantage would be ...Altair now hold more shares , Altair are confirmed locked in for 3 months plus orderly 3 month lock in , we are funded £1.45 million with no fees for the service and Warrants removed no longer hanging over our heads . So if we buy back we have a bigger guaranteed holder locked in and all those warrants removed . So a buy back would put us in a far far better position than not having done it . But are they that cleaver to have done it to remove the warrants ?

The contract will be signed when we Finnish stage 2 of our role . We have been in negotiations for a few months ( stage 1 ) as a result we have proved our selves and been appointed as project developer via a MOU . Next we secure funding through the likes of the World bank and firm up contractors once funding confirmed . Then the contract will be signed and work starts . Asa result of the MOU and our work started we will be on staged payments already . The race to sell first on the start of any rise from our de rampers will be good every one getting out earlier and earlier . All this work by de rampers for a few percent , because there are lots of them here .

Part of our role in the project is signing up investors . We are on the pay role now . Paid at set stages is the norm . So no placing here you are a few weeks late

Yes it is a MOU a MOU they spent a few months thrashing out . We have already started our paid work consulting contractors and financing bodies . We are already on the pay roll at the big table . Our part started first .

We are being supported by investor ADVANTAGES ....
1) No fees usualy over £ 100,000 fees for a placing this size on AIM .
2) Warrants removed
3) investor increased their holding
4) Percentage of shares held by big investors increased
5) Main one ....the new shares are locked in for 3 months then locked in to a orderly agreement for another 3 months .
6) A big holder is staying a big holder for minimum 6 months guaranteed !!! .

All forward sold before 4/3/2019 ...from RNS ...”The Company has been notified by Altair that, on 4 March 2019, it sold 136,363,636, Ordinary Shares, including 15,528,000 Ordinary Shares held by Ecofinance (GLI) Limited” we are being funded by one of our investors . Warrants used and gone another advantage ! , all in all a great deal for us .

The RNS said they had sold ! . Forward sold starting at about 1.20p then bought more back at a average of about 0.90p . Out come we get funded for £1.45 million with no fee ( fee usualy over a hundred thousand pounds ) and shares locked in . Altar do nicely out of it but we do far better than AIM Finance ! .

Trader1111 we are actualy of the same oppinion but from opposite sides . Apart from the top 100 shares the market spikes and rinses every single share up and down but eventually getting lower each time then the company’s consolidate to start again ( the Ribena effect ) . You say every one trade the sh*t out of it . I try and fight the market making new people realise and pack in trading . The problem is if every one starts doing as you say it will become a race to sell out first before total collapse . Maybe I should adopt your everyone sell quick sermon and help collapse share prices every where and kill the market ! . The markets are broken and just dilute businesses instead of helping them fund at decent levels . Do you see my point ...you would need to sell at a 1% rise to be the first one out , how can you make money doing that ? . Every rise is a race to get out first before the market rinse ! .

It is the warrants clearing . Why would any one sell at this price now we have started the process with huge rewards to come . My vote would be suspend trading and stop the dilution . The current m Cap is a joke and if the market is allowed to rip it apart as with every where else then our bounce will be from rock bottom and take us up to nothing . The market rips businesses apart but never rebuilds and progresses them .

Even better suspend trading . If you feel the same way as others , the market is abusing its possirion then suspend trading untill all parts of the deal are finalised . Otherwise we will be 0.25p on that news and any rise would be used getting us to half our current M Cap . That is what the MMs are doing every where diluting every business to nothing . Contact the big holders ask if they support suspending trading untill news is ready . It’s better than the dilution .

You could not have sent a more possative message with that RNS . You could not have backed it up more on social media and the interview , yet the traders and MMs have us down here , NIL value , junk m Cap . If you keep the business on AIM it will be diluted to nothing as with so many past ruined businesses . The MMs have one goal keep people moving buying and selling tocreate their fees , they kill good businesses in this process . Look into removing this good business from this corrupt market . Thanks .
