US sanctions on Iran still looming large have also bolstered oil prices. Prices began to settle in the afternoon hours, and at 2:41p.m. EDT on Tuesday, WTI Crude was up 0.35 percent at $71.21�almost $2 over last week figures and almost $4 per barrel above the two weeks ago price. Brent crude was trading up 0.42% at $78.56.

That would be GREAT between $750,000 and $1.5M in the bank and a fresh deal with some one else , they signed this deal surgesting they were fighting others of . I have seen other exclusive talks on AIM but not with big cash paid for the privilege.

$250,000 a month to talk , with minimum payment of $750,000 this doesn�t mean the deal won�t be signed before three months . With a maximum of $1.5 M this doesn�t mean the talks will last 6 months . Just minimum and maximum payments acceptable by both sides to talk exclusively . For now ! .

I see them as buys . Agreed the SP reaction following big trades is a very good indecator . The MM need shares following the trade so the SP went up . Either way with the huge fee paid and possability of doubling it up I am comfortable here . Infact excited .

With a exclusivety fee of between three quarters of a million dollars and one and a half million dollars you have to ask your self how much money is being discussed....if the Major is gambling minimum $750,000 that they can secure a deal the figures being negotiated must be very substantial . Maybe even hundreds of millions not tens of millions . Even those that believe $750,000 is peanuts in the scheme of things must be exspecting a huge farm in deal . I have seen talks of deals on AIM in the past but not seen talks with huge exclusivety fees paid .

Still here holding . Being paid ....$750,000 for initial talks then going up to a max of $1.5 million if talks linger on . So plenty of money coming in , then maybe a farm in with the likes of Shell with a likely cash injection in tens of millions and a free carry , then a drill announced . That is why I am not selling any .

Surely a price monitoring RNS is requested by the MMs . So any cost is theirs .
