I see some bright sparks are selling this morning, perhaps they will receive a letter from their broker offering them shares at 5p.....Oh heavens above.

Rabidfly, each to their own opinion, but I do think that an unnecessary saga was made of this. Most people on here understood the RNS and are happy with it, it seems our resident pessimist was not.

I don’t think the RNS was poorly worded, I think it was poorly understood by people who did not read it properly.

If/when we hit a M/C of 50 million I can see no problem raising any cash ,I shall start saving up until then so I can partake. Has anyone else noticed that in the oil and gas industry it is always “next week”....I have a feeling next week is finally about to arrive.

I shall not be able to attend the general meeting so shall on Monday morning contact my broker and instruct them to vote yes on my behalf. I would suggest others who won’t attend to do like wise,this is great forward thinking by the BOD and we should support them.

Now as we get so close to first target just be aware, if we strike oil this board will be bombarded with rainbow hunters, turnips and full blown nut cases....just keep focused.

gmcc, you must be a share holder to vote, that’s the rules.

Share certificates if I remember from long ago when the Co used to send them to you in the post had a nominal value stated on them,this of course was not the present tradable value. The RNS was not too clear in this matter and to some could be misleading. Each share that each of us own here has a nominal value of 5p.

This is a bit like a UK bank note that has printed on it “ I promise to pay the bearer the sum of”....you try getting the value of your note paid in gold from The Black horse.

If they were going to issue shares to current shareholders at 5p I would re mortgage my house...but alas no such luck.

As far as I know the directors do not hold any shares at this time, but will be awarded some when the share price hits 20p.

The directors consider that the resolutions set out in the Notice are in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders as a whole. The directors who hold shares will be voting in favour of all of the resolutions, and unanimously recommend that you do so as well.

I trust they will be shareholders by the time of the meeting.

The point in buying is to sit on it and watch it rise to 20p or 25p or 30p......... that’s the ethos of investing.
