Morning, no not a diver now, but many years ago when living in Malta did a lot of it and spent much time water skiing. Nowadays I like the quiet life, Matagorda is very peaceful with a beautiful beach where you can walk for miles without being disturbed, excellent restaurants and good accommodation.

My aim with the help of AAOG is to spend much of the winter there, I do love the SW of Ireland where I live but the winters here can be brutal.

We are in a very good position at present. As we are in no immediate rush for working capital but require funding for future drilling we can within reason take a breather and look for the best deal to move forward. In a few months our daily income will be greatly improved to keep us going. The whole ethos of AIM is for fledgling companies to raise money to progress and prosper,this I am sure is what we will do. If we don’t get fundraising news for a few weeks don’t worry,negotiating takes time to get it right .

So a meeting with a super major which we assume is total was held last week, was it tea and cucumber sandwich’s or something more sinister?

I got lost on the second line......can any number crunchers help?

Correct me if I am wrong, but +30% for 10 million would give a valuation of 33.333 million.

Cash is going to come our way through various channels, but I don’t feel that a placing will come into the equation, DS is well aware that we share holders have already done enough and as he said dilution hits him as well.We are now in a position to use other avenues for capital raising.

Yes 10 million would be very nice as a cash injection, however I would prefer 5 million cash,a larger acreage and an agreed payment schedule for future drilling.

What news are we waiting for?

Final drill results. And expected flow rates.
Final grant of licenses.
£10 million in cash or acreage split.
Results of discussion with oil majors in our area.
Pipe line planning.
New drilling pad to be started.
