Time, simply time. The Chairman will use a guillotine as soon as it gets difficult and your list sure is difficult. Won't work in my view and it would need a dozen shareholders to attend to force the time needed. That wont happen either. Needs some thought. Super idea though. Interesting that AJ Bell are making it difficult to attend by saying they need 7 days to provide a Letter of Representation. I smell skulduggery again.
