There was no debt at all. The NOMAD did the Bixby deal on a mates-rates basis for a huge fee. All the previous Directors, none of which did anything for TIR took all their historic fees in shares and have dumped them except Bird and Borelli I assume. They both have 'form'. Look up their history.

Very pertinent and relevant questions and or esteemed BoD led by a strangely quiet Bixby do nothing to advise and update the market and shareholders. Hiding behind social media claims does not cut the mustard. This is not good enough as they will discover at the AGM. I hope they are wearing flak jackets.

Supply the missing KIID documents to ii, HL, Barclays and Lloyds for a start and show them that TIR is not an investment company. Should have been done at the Placing and not 6 months later. Very poor.

I cannot see a catalyst going into the AGM apart from a positive RNS update. We are being badly let down by the Board here. Abysmal way to run a public company. I just hope the AGM statement has the courtesy to address the multiple failures in this company's administration.

I have no Agenda except to deal n facts. To claim we are up on our AROK investment is pure fiction. Read the RNS to see the entry price and you will see that it is almost identical to where we are now. How is that progress over 4 months ? It is also fiction to say we are up on the Standard Technologies outlay. That stock has no liquidity and there is no exit route. It was essentially bankrupt and if you do some reading you will see that it is run by a mate of Bixby who rescued the company with our £250K. Not good economics or strategy

I know al this. I have checked the patterns over the last 4 months and it is not an NMS issue I assure you. The modus operandi is transparently linked to buying pressure facilitating progressive disposal from an iceberg sell order. Seen it before but not to this extent.
