If Guilini is dealing they MUST notify the market as they have a Director on the Board. Simples. Nothing to do with TR1s. If they really are selling shares - Forwards or not - they HAVE TO inform the markets. Surely you get that ?

Look - please get this into your head. Guilini cannot be dealing in Warrants or any other stock instruments without an RNS. They have a Director on the Board. How many breaches of regulations do you think they would be committing to be dealing in the stock ( in any form whatsoever) without notifying the markets.

It is NOT the responsibility of the company to issue a TRI but that f the underlying shareholder. The company merely reports what they have been informed of. Gilini, or any other shareholder, are not forward selling but exercising a Convertible.

If you were right they would be required to issue a TR1. They have not done so.
