@Flint, but this is for public sector, is not it? councils and housing associations for 15k a year - they just would not find anyone in the high profile experienced directors working for this amount especially in London. I would be very surprised if a private company looking for a high standing experienced NED would use this type of advertising, and the NED profile SYME would look for would never ever red such a job adverts never mind responding to them... these people dont look for jobs, the jobs find them. so lets not kid ourselves... Plus that advert would never say "SYME" is looking for, it would be a "Supply@Me" is looking for - see the other 3 adverts. SYME is not a company name, it is a market trading ticker! So whomever compiled this adviser for whatever reason has no understanding even of what the company name actually is!.... Sorry, not trying to be negative, just dont like the BS :-)

Well.... if you think about it... it is a technology company and not a bank... so should compare with tech companies (amazon? PayPal? revolut? stripe?) and not bank of Scotland... lloyds etc.... Just saying..... :-)

Delisting is exiting Market!! Totally different rules nd circumstances!

Parm, of course, SYME will be restored, there is no reason not to.... But Companies House would not know anything about SYME even being suspended!...... Suspension is managed by FCA, not CH. I am very confused by your post.

Audited annual accounts should be submitted with wet signature (by mail), with Covid, both mail and processing take time.... CH stated on their site that any company should not expect less than a week for processing, and reading between the lines it might take few weeks.

Thats my actual numbers and I have got extra 2500!! from government as a tax relief. It is not scam.

For 40% it is actually higher.... and it is calculated this way... If you contributed £10k, your overall gross is £10k/80% = £12.5k.... - I have got this extra £2.5k automatically in 2 months.

However if you are on a higher tax rate (40%), the calculations are: £10k/60% = £6.67k..... which for my situation is an extra £6.67-£2.5k I already received = £4.16 And I will get it either via tax adjustment or after self assessment tax return.

This is due to all pensions contributions taken from gross income, thus reducing your taxable income - no spam at all!
