Until the Company issues the interim financial statements for the period to 31 Mar 2025, we are able to reconcile the current warrants and options position by reviewing the RNSs since the date of the previous summary.

This aligns with the responses several of us have had - and I think we've all been impressed with Richard's promptness and detail provided.

I hope this puts to bed any concerns about warrants, as we've also shared re administrative capital loss non-issue, and lack of restrictions on news flow ahead of GM. Great effort.

No sellers here since 8.15am. Very sticky hands. Expecting this to be choppy on the way up with a few profit takers (good luck to them!) but one MM now with stock only at 0.6.

Andy - I'm leaving mine in CPAI exactly where it is. After email exchanges this week with BoD over there, I'm even more excited after that one.

Newuncle - agreed. 22% spread is ridiculous. All 6 MMs sat at 0.4 but will to take sells at 0.45 - it's almost as if they don't want a market this morning and giving a false impression that this is down today. 4 MMs sat at 0.5, the buys are chipping away and getting closer to full ask.

I've been in ITM for 6 months and without long longer perspective of many of here. But from what I've seen, the team keep getting the wins and with Hyspeed, HAR2, projects across Europe and APAC, tariff uncertainty reduced, R&D, reducing cost base, this could be ITM's time to shine. I'm not selling any time soon.

Either way... I followed your sterling recommendation and did my own research. I shared the results on here this afternoon. Amongst other matters, the Company has confirmed that there are no restrictions on news flow prior to the 28th as a result of calling the GM.

Gutted but not entirely surprised we dropped off the end today. The chart looks like the day traders all bailed out after 4pm. Still 9.8% up on the back on a great RNS!
