Alludium filed company accounts on Friday. This is for the the year ending, 31 Aug 2024.

I'm sure that a certain someone will pick this up and say they're tiny etc. But this reflects the company as it was almost a year ago... a micro-entity technology company in stealth / development mode. As we know, a lot has happened since then.

IMO, it's good to see this housekeeping ahead of CTAI's investment and the launches today and next week. Well done! Expecting the pace of news flow to increase as we move forward now.

Give it a rest, PJ. The concerns you (constantly) raise about filing accounts etc. are all a matter of public record.

We don't know who is genuine holder on here or P&D merchant, but those who done their research already know these points and have a good idea about what is to come and have assessed the risks and rewards.

If you're not invested here (either short or long-term) haven't you got anything better to do? Which leads me to thinking you're being paid to sow doubt and confusion. GL PJ in whatever it is that you do.

AJ - 100%!. Barry Downes has shared details of Alludium's strategy, albeit on interviews behind paywalls. To start with, Agentic AI agents in the software engineering / development space, initial customers been signed up for a while, healthy waitlist of paying customers building... super excited to hear this all go public after 12pm AGM.

We'll know more today and again next week after the first conference launch. Excited to see if the full website goes live today or next week.

Alludium has developed a Multi-Agent AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) platform for AI automation of processes and solutions for productivity, which they see this as the next evolution of Agentic AI wide a wide degree of applications.

A few useful summaries (from reputable sources!) for those as yet unfamiliar with the Agentic AI opportunities (risk & reward) are below.

Whether Alludium’s platform can emerge as a leader is another thing, but their founder’s have a strong pedigree of delivery and commercialisation in the tech, cyber, AI space. Similarly, whether CTAI is the right vehicle for this remains to be seen. However, opportunity knocks…

I think many of us are looking forward to Barry’s presentation after the AGM and perhaps an RNS or two putting more meat on the bones.

JohnWick - useful insight. Almost 5m shares (£14K) and 4pm and printed after hours. Wow, PIs with deep pockets, or maybe others taking a slice of the pie. By my reading, there were only a handful of clear sells all afternoon, which would support your thesis.

Clearly none of us know when the next news will land, but the available float is in ever stickier hands. And the rest is in the Director's hands. Interesting times.

Transparency. Prompt investor relations engagement. Stability - significant number of share and warrants in Directors hands. Visibly strong on compliance issues. Directors remuneration performance related (no salary). All good de-risking factors IMO.
