On April 25, 2025, Share Talk published an article titled "Vast Resources plc (AIM:VAST) Release of Historical Diamond Parcel". This article details the release of the historic diamond parcel that had been held in Zimbabwe and mentions that an initial inspection "has exceeded expectations".

Another article on Share Talk, published on May 7, 2025, titled "Vast Resources Shares Climb 14% After Discovery of Additional High-Quality Diamonds," announced the finding of additional gem-quality stones during the sorting process.

The average diamond size of 5-9 carats, with a significant portion over 11 carats, was mentioned by CEO Andrew Prelea in an interview published on YouTube by the company on April 28, 2025.

It's actually not that bad. Getting a placement away in today's market conditions is not easy. 30 % reduction is okay.

This is still 3 times the lows of last year when the SP went from .06 and went to .6 on receivership of the parcel of diamonds.

Vast is known for big jumps in SP. There is lots of news due and I'm expecting some posative news before the diamond sales.

Romania, Tajikistan and Zimbabwe news could drop any time. It would be nice to get AGV done in Romania for the BiataPlai and Manaila mines.

Vast is now in a cash positive position which enables them to have a good negotiating stance on all fronts going forward.

AP said the diamond parcel exceeded expectations and there was a bonus bag of 6000 carats of gem quality diamonds to boot. The average carrot size was around 7 carats per diamond. There are also some specials in the mix. All this is RNS and RNS's are scrutinised before they are released.

So you can believe the words of someone who says something because they have to say something, or someone who speaks because they have something to say.

Many here, me included have been looking at Vast with binocular vision! I was initially surprised at the placing of  £2 million. A small placing perhaps was on the cards but £2 million seemed but OTT.

On reflection and after carefully reading previous RNS's; I thought: Getting the finances sorted before the diamond tender is a good idea. The reason is sympaly, 'human nature.' Greed and meanness have allways driven people to forcing others to sell  below market value. If you're rich you hold all the cards and make low offers knowing that the cash poor seller needs a sale quickly.

I believe AP has been advised to shore up the company's finances thus putting them in a strong cash position prior to the sale of the diamonds. This eliminates the need to sell quickly. It sends a signal to the buyers, 'make a good offer; I can wait'.  Bottom value offers for the diamonds will therefore likely not be made as the buyers know that they will not considered by Vast. The buyers will therefore start from a higher base. Their greed will now be triggered by not wanting to miss out. This increases the chances of bidding, increasing the chances of a mutually acceptable sale price for the diamonds.

nothing has changed with regards to the value of the diamonds. I hold to my assessment of the value of the diamonds, £25 million +

I have always stated that the diamonds will be around £25+ million plus.

This valuation fits with your mean valuation ASI

However I'm expecting to be pleasantly surprised due to stones averaging around 7 carats. I'm also encouraged by the additional parcel of 6000 carats of gem quality stones also RHS'd.

There is lots of news due on many fronts.

eally pleased that 120,000 carats are up for sale. We have 36% gem quality as it stands from previous information. We also know that some of the weight of the total of vast diamonds will be lost due to the cleaning process.

I'm assuming that these stones will be classified according to the 4 c's and sold in batches.

My question is how many diamonds are in the auction? How many special gem quality diamonds are to be sold separately?

AP said that he wanted to maximise the sale value of the diamonds so my understanding is that some will have been cut and polished.

I think we will get clarity on this soon!
