(AIM: CLP) is pleased to announce that it has today raised £1,000,000 (before expenses).

£1m has already been paid to CLP in exchange for 100m shares at 1p.
JS flipped the 100m shares for 2p. Remember he bought them at 1p so he doubled his money. He walked away with £2m plus possibly shorting the clp on the way down.
I gave you a list of the £2m trades below from 28/9 april

He had 11.14%. Once below 3% he does not need to notify but he had to notified the market when he reached 3%. As a major holder, he had to notify at 5% and then at 3%. TR1s are the holders responsibility and i really don't know why its been communicated via the company. When was the threshold crossed? Not many know but i do. Same day when SpreadEx issued a TR1, 29th April 2021. This was the day Dave was asking where is the TR1

Spreadex or JS? we're trying to work out who.

RKBeekeeper has more screen names than bees.

There's a lot of value to be had here this month with the expected update and court hearing. I've taken a few as sentiment will see this up to 5p

Dave they make money on the way up and down and some people knew JS often worked with spreadex and how it goes.

the -1000,000 trades were not cancelled trades. They were CFD shorts like i told you at the time.
JS took placing shares

JS and spreadex took out a short
Sold his placing shares which naturally brings the share price down. Opening the CFD shorts places pressure on the share price and together with him selling we saw a big drop from 3s to the floor level which is 2p. It actually dipped to 1.80 which is when i bough more. As soon as we got notified of Spreadex buying in i said we'll drop and got shot down. Anyway, i can only see it go up from here and if the update is good into the 4s and 5s.

MrEMC2 there is not 200k trade buy or sell

Dave JS can exercise his warrants but he may wait for the share price to be way north of 2p which it will. Otherwise the company can't pick up the warrant money and JS will be in easy profit when he converts. CLP and JS played this really well and made money and share holders will also make money starting tomorrow.

The update tomorrow will send it up to a new level. 2p is the floor.

Easy-Rider, i've seen a lot of dumping while RKB ramps. I doubt he is JS but may well have contact. Both in ZOE

Mr Story will also be granted 100,000,000 warrants over Clear Leisure ordinary shares (the “Warrants”). Each Warrant will entitle the warrant holder to subscribe for one new Clear Leisure share at a price of 2 pence per Ordinary Share and will be exercisable for a period of two years from the date of admission to AIM of the Placing Shares.

He will exercise his warrants so he will not be out.
What is out is his placing shares 100m, ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company.

1p placing shares sold at ~2p. That's how easy it is to make money when you have £

Those selling think JS is out are making a mistake. Its about a free ride

JS was given placing for £1m at 1p

He has options he can take at 2p for 100m shares

If i was JS and took placing shares at 1p i would flip it at 2p too.

I told you all he was selling and all i got was attack because RKB said JS is not selling he is adding :)
RKB does not know about investing as much as you all think he does.

They're a happy to take your share if you want to sell.

JS got his placing shares at 1p and he has been selling and we knew this. He cleared most of it at 1.80 and 2p.

I cannot see the update being delayed. A new start tomorrow and i expect a loaded update at 7am.

As expected all resolutions passed.

The Company will commence trading on 7 May 2021 under the new name of Quantum Blockchain Technologies Plc and a new Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic ("TIDM" or "Ticker") of QBT.

I would expect to see an RNS with an update tomorrow. No better time than tomorrow
