Magicpuppy if they did buy shares for extra % it won’t make make a difference as only small amount brought in the grand scheme of the votes needed……it’s safe to say most investors have voted now and the majority against the concert party…….but you could be right about a last ditch attempt to win votes as their aliases were doing the rounds here all day yesterday but disappeared today…….

Well the majority of us are backing Haywood for a big price recovery…….looks like the concert party have given up especially after their p*** poor attempt yesterday on here….once the votes are out the way and the concert party have lost with good drill results were looking at 10p+ here…….imho

Ma2brw they aren’t in a win win…..if they took over at these levels it would have been much worse…..now all their public dealings and personal details are out in the open and if they are in conflict with any other company this will come back to haunt them……personally I think they caused themselves more trouble than it was worth…..all imho

Peter Young met with Jon Fitzpatrick (presumably the one working for Gneiss?) whilst Jon was a mergers and acquisitions advisor advising Rockrose and after that meeting Peter attempted to hurriedly buy a large amount of Rockrose shares offering well over the top for said shares the night before the co. was taken over and the shares tripled.
The broker Peter attempted to buy said shares from declined the trade stating suspicious circumstances/timing so Peter sued??
The broker sued back citing the meeting with Jon and the desperation of Peter to buy what were unloved shares with no known news pending but the case got nowhere as they could not get hold of Peters phone records which they needed for evidence against him?
Would have to say if only provisionally that it does leave the impression that Peter was quite fortunate that the judge would not allow his records to be opened and that if he's correct and it was all just "coincidence" it may have looked better for him today if they had been. “

So basically you sent a threatening letter to LSE to stop investors speaking against your group…..which is why many well respected posters here have been banned today……lol talk about shooting yourself in the foot this is not going to go down well with investors here…..all imho of course :)

Unfortunately the more I see tactics being used on these forums and on social media by the concert party the more I want to go out of my way to support the current block team……I am going to back Phillip for the win……when we win the vote and if the drill is successful I believe Haywood will take us back to double digits within a year……I guess only a week left before we get the results for the win….dyor

I am now genuinely worried to say anything against gp jersey or gneiss now……don’t want my account deleted for merely discussing a stock I am invested in….very sad times for this forum and the concert party now reek of desperation as they know they are significantly down on the votes……..big thanks to aj, v1lljas and holly for your detailed informative posts that encourage me and all my friends invested here to vote against all resolutions…..I have trust in Haywood to deliver and if we win the vote this will turn to double from here in a heartbeat……gla and as always DYOR
