Oil price still at $67 so anymore oil sales by AC in Tunisia would be significantly in our favour…… so our acquiring of assets when oil price was on its knees (Tilapia, Sidi El Kilani, Ezzaouia, Robana etc) now look much more valuable with the oil price approaching $70…..Sidi El Kilani (SLK) acquisition still to come by October 31st……once this is completed the company will also get more than $5 million worth of oil……all this would add value and take the share price up…..dyor

ISS Recommends Voting Against Resolution

Block Energy plc, the development and production company focused on Georgia, is pleased to note the report published today by Institutional Shareholder Services Inc ("ISS") recommending the Company's shareholders to vote AGAINST the resolution proposed by Forest Nominees Limited on behalf of GP Jersey at the general meeting to be held on 1 September 2021.

Explaining the reason for its recommendation, ISS wrote "the Dissident has not offered any compelling rationale to commence an investigation".

Based on the independent recommendation by ISS, as well as the various reasons outlined by Block in its Notice of a General Meeting dated 13 August 2021 (https://www.blockenergy.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/261808-Block-Notice.pdf), the Board recommends shareholders to vote AGAINST the resolution proposed.

VOTE AGAINST THE CONCERT PARTY AND LETS FINISH THE DRILL!

The license for Tilapia may not be over the line just yet…….but this clearly shows that Ac has the right contacts there & getting paid from the SNPC……not all of it but a good start…..If I was a betting man we’ll get most of that 5.3m back too which will do wonders for the share price….I’m really enjoying these regular positive updates by Zenith……gla
