Angus clearly want to go and head with the gas production alone and as the offer from Sound too cheap.....When sound made the offer their market cap was much higher.......now they can't afford it and they were trying to get it on the cheap...........pretty sure management rather do it alone and make more money for themselves............imho

PH will make this come good.............once funding is secured I am certain we will be back to 4p trading range..........then we can reassess here.............imho

Yep the moves AC pulled during Covid has put the company in a great position to make serious money............there have been ups and downs on the way however once the Tunisia sales and Tilapia update come I do not see these levels ever again............dyor

If block secure finance to drill all the wells in the area without diluting I would expect the share price to go to 4p almost immediately................imho

Share price holding strong imo................wont be long before we get our oil sale to beef up our market cap................unfortunately those who have sold and trying to buy in cheaper will miss another fine rise.............all imho of course

mls your motives are very clear you have a personal vendetta against AC and his son..................what you have posted insinuates something defamatory is going on when in reality its just ACs kid doing his own venture.........I agree what you have suggested is defamatory and I wouldn't be surprised if they filed something against you..........imo of course

Hardly unusual for company directors to work for more than one different listed entity.........if it was AC himself who had launched the venture then I can see that it might be an issue.......but even then there are numerous CEOs on AIM who have successfully run more than one company..........in this instance all of the key decisions are made by AC and unless anyone can tell me otherwise he seems to have nothing to do with this venture......I am sure he might give advice to his son which is hardly unusual..........for those who are claiming conflict of interest would you please explain what you exactly see this conflict of interest being?...........just seems to me same old trolls who have a vendetta against AC and his son who lost money here stirring any gossip and lies to get a negative reaction........all imho and DYOR
