Load up on the cheap? Seriously?
Im not sure Spread Betting against the share price can be classed as Loading up.
Wont be long until, they finally get the price high enough to dilute? Yep, your right, just dont be left holding your shares.
This pumps still got legs, theyl want it at at the same level as last time prior so looking at 0.11. Thats when Il sell...
Theyve been trying since Feb to get any momentum. What does it tell you when the twitter crews and their own broker cant pump it high enough?
Maqsood, I know more about Toople than any other share.
To confirm you dont think Oberlon, JUST brought 13%, they didnt. Theres TR1s Going back months. But Im sure you know that and your casual slip up of a big player buying 13% sounds better.
Oberlon, a big player, a player newly formed....
I sit on one board, because its what I know, and who I know...
I think if you look, its not all negative, your just to lazy to look, youl even see I posted saying Id brought in at 0.0055 the other week because I believed it to the bottom and a P&D is due to enable a dilution.
Anyone buying now risks being stuck in this when it drops.
It will rise to 0.13 maybe 0.16, they will dilute at a 30% discount, so 0.1, which will instantly drop the price.....
Rinse repeat. Theyve already done this multiple times,
Look at it the other way,
Toople continue to burn through £100 to 200k a month.
Toople NEED to issue new shares to keep the lights on.
Theyve got permission from the AGM to dilute, BUT can not dilute at 0.005. It has to be 0.01 or higher to get any sort of progress.
Oberlon are advised by Novum
Charlie is Novum
Novum are the broker for Toople
Novum make money when Toople dilute (A HUGE AMOUNT TOO)
Pump. Dilute. Dump.
Its coming
Oberon Investments is advised by Novum Securities....
Toople is also advised by Novum....
Toople need to raise the share price to issue new shares.
Theres no take over on the cards here, Oberon have never completed a take over.
Oberon increase, Charlie spread bets, they then book build to dilute, on dilution Charlie drops the 3%, and can sell albeit for a loss. Novum takes X on the book build plus options as per usual.
Novum make their money, Charlie makes his money.
Manipulation 101.
MidasMac, Be careful, this is probably the start of the next pump, pre dilution,
Company still burning cash, has significant debts with no plans of how to repay, revenue is down (or as they call it "flat")
I suspect if you buy today, and monitor closely youl make money. I openly admitted despite my reservations I brought at 0.55 as I thought that was the bottom. if it goes much higher I wouldnt buy.
Once this hits 0.1 they will dilute
I mean you could argue it is... but given the emphasis people put on Andys so call experience... and the strategy seems to have changed from competing with BT to reselling BT... and revenue is flat, despite spending £1.5m on a business that turned over £3 million....
I just dont get it
6 months DMSL revenue... and the revenue remains flat... No growth despite spending 1.5m on an acquisition...
Operating loss of £695k
"The Company is dependent on the ability of the Directors to implement the Company's strategy and significantly increase customer numbers. There is no assurance that the Company's business strategy will ultimately be successful;"
Whats this about??
Net cashflow in the 6 month period -795,034, So they have enough to keep the lights on for 8 months
On 19 February 2020 the Company issued a loan note instrument constituting zero coupon secured loan notes for a face value of £1,625,000 with a maturity date of 31 December 2022.
This is awful... Theyve thrown that money away.
Your completing missing the point
You talk about Andys 25 year pedigry,
The last 6 years hes spend £20 million to turn over £10 Million....
The 18 years before that were spend doing head of Partner roles. Toople openly said they wanted to move away from a partner model to direct and thats the route its taken ever since.
So Andy, has turned his back on the 18 year experience to go direct instead of via partners, and in turn became one of talktalks partners....
Now, theyd prefer to resell BT and take a commission than bill direct... so now, instead of doing what he claimed and attacking BT's base of Micro SME.... hes resigning them into contracts with BT and taking a commission.
Wheres the logic?
