What about MNH. Did we not do multiple raises to own something like 19% to generate income for PREM? Not heard of that in a while. Circum was sold to was it ‘Vortex’ or a name like that. To own part of them and get paid when they eventually did something. Then did the government not pull the plug recently. No mam is this unlucky surely;)

I have heard used mill salesman. He has two from trying to get Zulu working already sat there. Starks original, and the one from RHA. He will probably try and sell the RHA mil back to RHA:)

NK77 You do realise this plant started producing 2 years ago now and still produced nothing. He even went around pretending he was organising export licenses. Remember the fork lifts driving around with 1 ton bags and people cheering. And the storage area full of bags is something never sold. Will believe it when it happens. He even expect to be paying a dividend to share holders, and would be the last time he came to them for money. Think only 27billion in circulation then, but even if it was higher, it’s even higher now. Sorry the tank of positivity ran dry years ago.

What Jag said was indeed true though:) they wired it all up using none standard colour coding convention meaning anyone coming along to make any changes had a hard time understanding what was what. Also used as a reason for a delay at one point if my memory is correct. GR interview.

So what did I say that was so wrong my last post was removed? Are the amount of mills paid for so far a bit delicate. I only pointed out it’s been 3. The first he was on a video with an engineer stood in front of it trying to get it working. The second was the one that had the insides changed to make it more suitable something like balls v rods, and the third the one we have now. So the kit people are arguing about now has way to go before it’s the correct part. Or are all the parts 3rd time lucky. You can always give up on the sorters and hand sort at the end of the day. Oh is that not what was last said when it comes to sorting. Wait until we produce something and ask can we see what’s in the bag. And get told no! Wonder why, all on camera if people go back a few years and watch.

Look at a previous video. You will see it’s exactly the same format. We are not going to use all the shares. Then uses all the shares placed. There are other minerals, that we will never attempt to produce. Each time just buys more time in my opinion. After any dilution and consolidation, my shares will probably need to get to 2p a share to break even.

If he had raised when the price was 1p just think how much money he could have raised with little dilution in comparison and people would have been happy knowing money in the bank to run the company. If I remember correctly this board were all arguing about how many he sold and why the dates did not match.

If they come back they come back. If they don’t they don’t. But each time there is dilution and the consolidation, eventually I will have none anyway:)

He will not step down as no one to replace him. As always many companies interested, many people interested but can never give any detail.

I have to admit after looking up aim rules I cannot find any information that states any limit the number of shares in issue. So even though RNS has stated a reason for consolidation, I would have to agree with Raaydaar. But would be happy for anyone to point me at any documentation that states what the RNS states to be true.

The reason is in the RNS:

“The intent of the Share Consolidation is to reduce the number of shares in issue to enhance the Company's ability to meet the continued listing requirements of AIM.”

Halifax say I have to respond to their email by the 30th to be valid.
