DCS: thanks GedW: I believe barclays has 19% of the current share issue...i think i will keep an eye on this one and see if there are any further developments.

DCS: High GedW how are you? Though the company is in debt, however the product and service's provided by the company still has a good market place....they currently have 25m shares in issue, i believe Barclays agree £2.5m debt conversion into 5.9 million shares – subject to shareholder approval, that would value the share price at .40pence, right?

dcs: does anyone know anything about this company?

CDN: i have holdings in this company...i also think its undervalued.

PTC: just out of interest, why are you guys buying into this company?

LGB: Tim20006, if this is the case and the company is undervalued, why hasnt investors picked up on this? from previous calculations its undervalued by 100%....or is there something we are not aware of?

IDD: CORRECTION SHARES IN ISSUE CURRENTLY 1090M...SORRY TO DISAPPOINT GEDW.

IDD: Additional placing: The placing of 400 mln new shares at 1 pence apiece would raise 3.7 mln stg net of expenses. In addition, holders of 3.6 mln stg of ID Data loan notes have said they are willing to convert their notes into new shares at 1 pence per share. I think they have around 800m shares in issue GedW

IDD: weighted average number of shares in issue during the year of 306,733,205 (2004: 209,178,974).

HHO: so is there still hope for the share price to rise to 6-8p? any opinion?

Acting Chairman, StuartPearson made the following statement.to the meeting a Pro forma Balance Sheet and from this you will seethat our net assets are in excess of £350m. We have approximately 155 millionshares in issue, which equates to 225p per share. Our deposits are earninginterest at 7.5% per annum, equivalent to #25m per annum. At the closing midmarket price on the London Stock Exchange of 62.5p on Friday 22nd July 2005, ourmarket capitalisation was #97million.

If that’s not the cases then would the following be correct: Debtors show 259.23meuros AND (US$294m) have been successfully transferred AND the balance of the Langbar funds on deposit in Brazil (c$370m), so the total asset would be approximately around £504,393,494…..excluding the 259.23m Euros would be around £328,687,400

LGB: On their balance sheet ending 31-Dec-04, it shows debtors at 259.23 euros, I thought that would be the money in Brazil? Sorry I’m confused; I would really appreciate your explanation.

LGB: tim20006, Correct me if I’m wrong, the financial statement are in Euros, your net asset value calculation is in sterling…when you were computing the NAV I assume you converted Euros into sterling, is that correct?

IDD: yes you are right, approximately 25% or more of shares issued is held in funds and approximately 15% is held by the directors and management.
