WSG continue to get more and more exposure and new contracts. I think this is the start of a very special company. Reminds me of the early days of HALMA. I bought in there at 147p in 2005 and the company is now at 2031p per share. Made me a lot of money. I think WSG will do the same. GLA

Surely the news regarding the framework contract should have been released in a RNS? It has price sensitive information and any positives are good for shareholders. Thoughts?

Yep, MMs looking for shares and those with a close stop loss would have been stopped out,. Should see a nice rise now into news.

At last, someone with a balanced view. I am very interested but its the pattern of IOE and spike that concerns me. Don't get me wrong, the upside is there if this contract is signed. The key word being...IF.

Named what country? Ghana? How do you figure that out?

I have not been here for 13 months and the question on the Iran deal was looking at the RNS from 24th May which mentioned it.

Also note that on almost every spike in the SP there has been an IOE!

I'm not one to jump into a share, I'm looking for a solid company and with regard to not knowing anything or jack as you say...no I did not. But here is a little tip...research before you buy any company. It helps...never go in blind!

So I will keep researching until I decide if this is a wise investment decision or not. I'm not a chartist either. Look at the chart, see the IOE dates and look at the chart after each. Its basic!

Each of the last 2 issues of equity have resulted in the SP fall on a downward steady trend for 4 months after the issue.

Ok so cash currently at £530k.

At the end of December they had £700k and then had to issue equity in February raising a further £500k.

This is the concern. They were in a similar position with cash in the bank in February at a lower SP and issued equity. Surely with the recent spike they will look at seizing the opportunity and issuing more? It makes business sense but not good for shareholder value.

Although this looks like a decent investment initially, with the recent rise and the fact this info was put in the AGM RNS prior to the contract being signed, the concern is an issue of equity. If that is done then the management do not care for shareholders and the SP will drop. Furthermore, if they issue equity and the deal does not get signed....this will drop below previous lows.

So a dilemma!

Also issue of equity around twice per year over the last few years?

Anybody know what happened with this?

In May 2018 signed a 15-year contract, worth c €24million Euro per annum but placed on hold following US withdrawal from JCPOA

Do we have any figures to go on as per cost of container scanned? Either from this company or others that are similar?
