I got a letter from HSBC (who I trader my ISA via)- saying they were gonna send me paper certs in my name.

Do I have to then register with the company(Everaz) once these are sent to me ?
Can I recieve Divis and Will they send me a quertly check ?
Can I sell my certs ?
Should I just stick them in a bottom drawer and forget about them ?

Im I asking too many questions ?

The last CEO, departing, is recorded as getting the company through the pandemic - that is one of his big achievements (regardless of whether people agree that he was good or bad).

The new CEO has to have room for achievement too. The results are middle of the road to allow for this.

You can't set a new CEO up to fail, by lying and saying that the company is in fantastic shape and by next year will be turning £Billions, (its just not the done thing), all in some stupid vine hope that the departing CEO looks good. The new CEO will have had to approve that report too, and he's gonna want to paint a picture of 'room to move/improve'

You pass the company across on a steady heal - which is what has occurred. The company is in ok shape. With contracts a plenty and a plan for moving forward.

A long term hold is the future for this share, the big question you should be asking yourself is - will the eventual pay out be worth waiting for - or could that money accrued more via alternative paths during that time.

This is proper engineering – it takes time, money and labour. Its not some glitzey apple/musk/amazon ****e – which have limited product and/or easily scalable. The order books are filling, and R&D is producing the goods
