Add on the two lots of warrants and shares issued as part of the aquisition and it's a bit more dilution. But it's got to be worth it with the potential once everything is in place. And the directors are seeing their shares and % holdings reduce too so they must believe things will get better.
Still feeling positive one day on despite drop today. Sorry if I have missed this but do we think Atlas will get all their sells away based on current volumes? They did well last time possibly with the help of take over suggestions and handy images appearing on websites. With the former put to bed for now and no news on performance yet they may struggle. I wonder if good news in July may have to be on the cards to help flush them through.
Been thinking about this today and been guilty of mainly focusing on negative aspects. Having now had some time to consider things properly and take on board the comments on the board today I am feeling a lot more positive. There may be some short term pain but not if you simply hold. I believe the RNSs were intended to be positive business updates and clearly demonstrate the positive steps that are being taken to improve things. They perhaps(?) have a different feel to those in the past as from these it's clear to us where the company is going and how they are going to achieve it. I'm therefore holding.
More buys then sells, some sells chunky. Atlas presumably and if below the 3% would have max 20M but surely much lower now. Hopefully this week will do it.
The new shares make up 20% of the company. Could one party sweep them up without Pi's being made aware? I saw the earlier comment about going over 3% and disclosing to the company within two to four days but does this have to be passed into Pi's in a certain time frame too?
Possibly a mid print but likely? What if its genuine? Could the 10% or so have moved to another party as part of a deal? Can things happen like that? I don't know enough about this kind of thing. Thanks
It's all a bit up and down at the moment while we await news and Atlas (or whoever) carries on selling.
I did notice that the shareholder holdings were updated pretty quickly on the website on the 7th but nothing since the shares were issued on the 12th. Maybe people are busy getting their % holdings back to where they want them and then we will hear something.
Hopefully Monday.
This is still a good shout and so I will stay patient.
From what I have seen of Tern there was lots of news and updates which helped propel the price to where it is now. Presumably with Mysq it will be slower but the longer term potential is there all the same. Would appreciate your thoughts though.
Varying opinions about the SP potential but all good ones in my mind. Do we think the mobile money platform launch is key to any link up with Tencent? Could that have been part of any earlier discussions between the parties?
....all the banter on here (for and against) as it says to me that everyone knows this is going up shortly. If you didn't believe it you'd have no interest, you'd walk away and find something else.
