Jez - JV is probably the better or more acceptable term for it. No one really knows what's going on. For all we know reference to a mystery holder may have been used the same as putting tencent images on the website - disclosing it served a purpose and not advising why the restrictions have been lifted has done the same. I am not as clued up as some on the board but Eric needed to raise funds and he was advised to use Atlas so he could do it quickly. And again. His shares have suffered the same dilution as the rest of us assuming he has retained his holding. That dilution aside, 'helping' a parter to get a large and cheap chunk of shares hasn't cost him anything as in theory someone was going to buy the shares anyway. It could be a way of paying for the partners 'name' and what it will do to the SP when announced - a type of business deal resulting in a JV or potential takeover.

Sorry to put an alternate view out there and I hope it's wrong but as others have said I think Eric knows who the other party is. If he released the name the SP would probably fly but he hasn't. We have seen it already and Friday followed suit - Atlas sell and the large buyer buys. The vote will go through and we'll see more of the same over the next month until they hold a serious chunk and decide to tell us who they are. They are not governed by AIM so arent disclosing TR1s like we would expect on AIM. The more PI's that sell the stronger the other party gets. I am now not so sure it'll be a hostile takeover but an acceptable takeover to Eric whatever that looks like. And the price will be allowed to rise when the large party have the Atlas conversion shares and the banking licence is confirmed. I also doubt they'll need to use Atlas again as they will be able to do placings after the licence etc to raise cash. Just an alternative consideration for us all.

Thanks for that Armada. I also added the Atlas warrants of c.60m shares to my Atlas number and took off the balance. If I'm wrong to do that fair enough.

Looked back at 17 April 18 significant holdings and we also had KTS @ 5% back then but below 3% since May. Imperium held 14% at that time.

Some numbers to consider if vote is a yes (I believe these are correct): 1. Shares in existence and new director authorities would be - 1,296,519,192 2. Shares in circulation from RNS today - 873,582,865 3 Shares to Atlas including two lots of warrants (I have assumed conversion price of bonds of 1.11p as suggested by someone earlier) - 236,168,429 4. Remaining shares for directors to exercise under their authority would be - 186,767,898 valued at £2.3M at current bid price

The more you think about it the more you can see that the company/their partners will dictate this. I would suggest we will have the directors, Mr K 12%, My Pay and the mystery holder (who is now unrestricted) all voting yes and the way the latter is being loaded up the votes from these parties alone will be enough to see the resolution through. PI input is getting less and less influential so we're either in for the ride or we get out. I do think it'll be a good ride as long as they cant squeeze us out lowball somehow. The 12 month price is going to be below 4p in a months time and no one seems in a hurry to tell us how much the mystery holder has given this would propel the price upwards. I hope I'm wrong. GLA.

Armada - I think they can go to 877m shares without the GM and are now at 873m. That may be why today's notice us only for £100K.

Shouldn't drop a lot. We've known about the 1.08 price for a while now and shouldn't see it again.

Should think more news is coming. Odd to issue two shareholder updates on the same day. We knew about the MyPay shares weeks ago. Feels like working through things in a logical order now they are good to go. Fingers crossed.

Agree should be lots of news. Maybe another TR1 in the next day or so. Hopefully a year end update of sorts. The shareholding update this morning looks like it might be the start of the news flow. All ducks lined up now perhaps.

Bunco - and maybe all of the mypay shares too they wouldn't be far off 50%.

1. Shareholdings presumably intentionally reported @ 29 May 2. Overall holding not in public hands is 10% now down from 28% last reported 3. Imperium 12% now below 3% 4. MyPay 8% new below 3% 5. Direction notices cancelled without explanation - 14% holder still at large but probably accumulated more on market and through 3 and 4 above. 6. Year end business update due 7. GM due in less than 2 weeks 8. Bank licence expected 9. Soft launch payments in July 10. minimal trading taking place as shares dried up or in anticipation

Low volume of trades so far today and reported buys and sells look largely mirror trades.

I suspect they have added since that shareholding was mentioned.

You could say the same about a number of things that have gone on here. Looks more and more like someone has a large part of the company now.

Why Base holdings at 29th May? It seems they are saying these were the big holdings at that time and then they have shown the corresponding % against the current shares in existence. This doesn't show changes in holdings or holders since 29 may. Smoke and mirrors?
