I think the my pay shares are included in the overall holding although they were referred to consideration shares ranking the same as ordinary shares. Presumably should be in the major holdings unless they have perhaps been sold onto the 14%+ party

Sorry but why cancel them? Are they saying they are in the table? The new parties in the table don't make up an extra 14%-?

Similar reported total buys and sells today. Also some similarities across the individual buys and sells. Maybe some rejigging from one isa (?) to another(?) going on rather than genuine sells.

We've basically had one hours trading so far today. Very odd. People sitting on hands. Background activity. Days are ticking down to GM. I hope we're not disappointed.

If Atlas were that keen, they could still get some away under the existing share issue set up. Aren't we getting close to the time limit for them to take advantage of the lowest recent share price?

Goldminer 21 - you may have more up to date research than me but the mau appeared to be around 1/3 of the registered users for at least one those companies. For MYSQ even on that basis will still be good.

Jez - if the resolution gets a no there won't be shares for atlas. So the conversions may have to be settled by cash that they probably don't have. If no takeover offer comes in then what? Doesn't sound good.

Eric would presumably need to buy out the bonds but suspect won't as will sour that relationship. Also if he was that close to a new partnership or investor we wouldn't have needed atlas. The GM isto seee out Atlas, stifle any takeover and ensure theres more cash to keep things running until the big bucks roll in. All IMO.

Why are the D-R gang still posting. They apparently think this is a loser but spend their time posting about it. I've said it in the past back in the day jez was on the dark side. They love the share and just want a generous entry point. I hope this flies before that day comes which will be before 30/07 IMO. GLA genuine investors.

Also a chunk of the new shares would be for the conversions. They may be left with 300m to decide what to do with. If nothing happens re a takeover some will going to ongoing costs at some point until the revenue ramps up.

What's the likelihood of reaching 30% without any more Atlas shares?

Following on from my last post, if there is to be a hostile takeover the predator possibly needs the Atlas shares so may be in favour of the company's GM move. It may also therefore be the only way we see it happening any time soon although there's no guarantee how long Atlas will then take to convert. Is a predator likely to be patient? Maybe they just wanted to pick up a decent holding on the cheap and will then offer the company (and pi's) what the company wanted in the first place.

Do I have this right? Any predator needs the 30%+ shareholding to make an offer to all shareholders? Anything under this and the company dont have to tell us they've had an offer unless they want it to happen? Thanks
