Exmex - I just see Imperium Ltd when looking for this. Not sure if its the company you mentioned. Separately saw on investorease website that our Mr K who now holds under 10% of the shares used to hold 46% three years ago. That's quite some dilution. Someone suggested a while ago that he might be the large mystery buyer. Maybe he wants his large slice back before take off.

Exmex. So do you think originally the 14% wasn't split between enough accounts to get under the 3% radar but now it is so Eric couldn't do any more. Also if more buying has happened since, the UK institution will have issued notes but as they would ensure each holding remained under 3% Eric couldn't do or say anything official about it? I personally suspect the 14% has been added a fair bit to since. Do you think Eric knows who the 3rd party is?

Totally get the frustration but I keep looking beyond to what I believe will come - much improved revenue and a step up in the SP. I genuinely see that the building blocks are in place or will be shortly for the situation to vastly improve for us. I am also convinced there is a large buyer out there who has avoided being disclosed somehow but will show themselves when they are ready. I believe all this is going to pay off and hope others who've been here a while believe too. GLA LTHs.

The terms of the aquisition mentioned a price of 1.38 to get to their share allocation so assuming that was a fair price they would be mad to sell now.

I agree Roy. We're getting nearer and nearer to some better news - even better than the recent soft launch news. Erics not releasing info until he's ready or has too but I still believe in the fundamentals and can see where this is going after these fundraise activities. I feel confident I will see a return on my investment. The conversions and slow price fall are not a concern as I am looking beyond that. Keep the faith. GLA.

Chris - a fall of 33% is a lot nearer 0.80p than 0.08p. I think you mean 0.80p.

Roller coaster ride but lots of interest today including a 2M share buy earlier. Promising.

No news from Atlas. No more big buying activity. Mobile money launch imminent. Banking licence imminent. I suspect the big ducks are nearly all lined up. Just weeks to go now.....

My guess is a deal behind the scenes but who knows.

Jez - they just want you to sell your shares so their mates can pick them up cheaply. The mobile money section on the website could be another game by Eric to keep the interest but it looked legit and so it'll only be a matter of time before its officially released. Anyway thats just a small step in the journey - September is going to be THE month for news I'm sure.

I tend to agree. We need patience with this one. 2-3p is a good short team target given what we've been through this year but I will be holding for more. Let's also not forget our big buyer who may well be disclosed in the coming months. That in itself could give us a boost.

Roy - or maybe just that we have a decent majority holder or JV that moves us upwards from where we are and puts us on the path to your 20p. I'd settle for that kind of update.

We still haven't had any explanation for Imperium dropping off the radar. Its possible their shares were taken in one lot by the mystery buyer. I guess its possible too that a deal is going to happen with Atlas and this will be announced when the time is right.

Presumably the company wouldn't have been bought if the licence was only 50/50. I hope not anyway. Maybe they didn't have the green light but were a long way down the road to getting it. It could be that it's highly likely for September but they just couldn't officially say that.

Bunco - I can see the logic in what you're saying. Mr K's % holdings have been steadily reduced like the rest of ours with more and more shares being issued but he's been around for a while and is still hanging around (unlike it appears our other larger holder Imperium). Its just odd that they would continue to declare existing holdings (some under 3%) but can get away with not declaring any others.
