So the road now sounds longer than we might have hoped but we know where it's going. There's still news this year which may include an update on post year end activities/ progress too. It's quite possible the licence will still land this year and even if it doesn't I am sure Eric and Mr Chong will keep us moving in the right direction. One step at a time then - full launch next week please. A few have mentioned it already - 2019 should be a very good year for those happy to wait.

Thanks all for your comments. So we shouldn't expect the licence in September necessarily. It might also be that our link up with Uber and ok$ adds weight/credibility to the MPM aplication. As for the full launch of the remittance service, we were told of the soft launch 16/08/18 so it was probably always going to be later in September for confirmation. Should be next week then.

The other related question I had was why the Uber and ok$ agreements can be terminated with 30 and 60 days notice. If you've gone to the trouble of setting all this up wouldn't you want more of a tie up?

Yes! Not wishing to ask a silly question but when the licence arrives MyPay can do what ok$ do for us. So will we continue with ok$ because of the other options they can offer our 22m+ users? I assume we wouldn't terminate the agreement once MyPay is up and running.

That's the conclusion I was reaching. So maybe we shouldn't focus too much on the licence arriving this month but that it should arrive 'soon'. In the meantime, the remittance service gets fully up and running along with a nice uptick in revenue.

Bunco - there's got to be more to this than we can see. They surely wouldn't have started the process if they didn't have the capital. And Eric said end of September unless he only meant full on service with Remit & ok$, not Mypay.

What's with the continued after hours unloading?

Bunco - they surely knew about the need for the capital funding before application so must have backed up the application with something they had already lined up - that we don't know about yet(?). That or it came with the promise of the imminent second round of Atlas borrowing.

It does feel like we're being made to wait for licence news. I think it's the catalyst for other updates too. It's a shame people are selling up at this time when news can't be far away. Maybe they'll be able to get back in before take off. Anyway, GL with your own choices.

Short term pain, long term gain - at least that's how the saying goes. Drop no doubt due to the 1m share sell this afternoon. Interesting that the buy price ended ok ish. MMs taking what they can while they can? Despite silence still and not great activity today nothing has changed. Fundamentals remain. News is due. There's only so long this can be held off.

Thanks for the post Bunco - a good read especially as I'm thinking JV too off the back of some good licence news. We can hope. I see people are willing to pay a bit more now to get shares - prices ticked up a bit today although will probably be marked down later. Looking forward to some news this month.

I think we agree the revenue should be well up year on year. Let's not forget the costs though resulting in a loss of $1.8m for the first six months of the year. That said the gap should be much closer for the last 6 months teeing us up nicely for the future. This year has been about putting the building blocks in place. When the taps are turned on fully it will transform the financial performance of the company and everyone will want a piece of the pie.
