Thanks for the update although coal bricks is a new one on me. In any case, it’s all gone very quiet on the strategic investment front. Not to mention the coke ovens. Surely they are producing something in order to pay for the minimum $2m pa royalty.

I would imagine the loan holders already hold enough shares to vote this through. Huo can’t vote so others will have to.

Not a bad deal getting 20-25% on the loan pa plus dividends presumably around the corner.

15x might be a reasonable target? That would get us to an of SP of 10p+ I believe.

Might take a while longer yet, but with the large investors increasing their stakes now we might not have long to wait to hear about sales contracts.

Revenue per share with 2 DMS = 0.00745p although presumably not all will be paid out as dividends.

Current SP 0.0085.

Anyone know what a sensible royalty PE would be? I assume the SP should be much higher than 0.0085 when the royalties get to the above level.

I guess they could have offered the 1.11p instead for the 600m shares they didn’t already have. £6.6m vs the £5m they’re paying now.

Instead of a takeover etc, feels like they are working with the company? And if they take half the dividends it will only cost them $4 per tonne of any coking coal sold?

I wonder why they are going the subscription route rather than buying up the existing shares in circulation.
