Just a few months before Samsung launched their first quantum dot television range (SUHD), Nanosys explicitly stated in a news announcement that the patents being licensed included those pertaining to the production of cadmium free quantum dots.

It was utter bulls**t and as you say part of a smokescreen being erected by Samsung.

With respect to 'molecular cluster compound' as correctly construed, Dr Green's testimony is hopeless. Indeed, it is at times embarrassing.

How inexpensive is the IQE sensor offering in comparison to the CMOS/QD'S solution? Also, CMOS/QD's provide the combination of high sensitivity, high resolution and low cost.
