Yep. Nanoco would have won a wilful infringement verdict. Their case was very strong indeed. There must be more to the settlement than we are being told. Future collaboration perhaps? God knows.

To be sure, I'm here for the business going forward and was not invested for the litigation outcome. But the company raised funds from PIs having been very slippery with their guidance. No getting away from it.

All after the fundraise. Expectations were pumped for the raise. From PIs....... certain apparently preferred shareholders bagged themselves a win win loan note deal. They also seemed to be in the know regarding the approximate value of any acceptable settlement offer and traded accordingly. Seems certain things are being conveniently forgotten.

Why oh why have some of Nanoco's filed patents related to 2D materials been assigned to Samsung Electronics (presumably as part of the settlement)? What on earth is the company doing? We need clarity as to what patents were sold and why so. I am for the first seriously considering reducing my position here. Nanoco, we are the owners, please communicate with us!
