Go ahead LL everyone will be so influenced by your nonsense, you will look soooo smart and not like a ******* at all. Goodness me I bet you make sooooo much money with your amazing trading strategy. Well done! I will kick back and laugh at you. Get a grip man lol.
That is a great interview. Well done Fortune. Fantastic things are coming IMO. The market for solar + storage for mines and factories everywhere is huge - just on it's own - and our demonstration project will show the benefits clearly. Never mind utilities and full grid.
My mind is blown by the opportunity vs the current share price and I share in the slight jealousy of people getting on board now. But at the same time the lower price has allowed me to get a number of shares I never would have thought possible - so as soon as we are back to 30p I will be thankful we suffered this drop
Agreed. I’m super hyped to see a rise. But then I look at the rise from what to what and wonder how we got to this place where a rise above 11p is exciting. Hopefully it’s the signal more than the one day noise we can get excited about.
Initially they transferred shares. Then they started selling down. This allowed them to get a lot of shares out of the way and sold before they had to declare they dropped below 3% (potentially). Now they have declared that drop and the cat is out of the bag the share price is pinned around here until they are done. Which hopefully won't be long.
Seems like a shady deal if they didn't have to declare cos transferring but then didn't declare even as the other entity sold down. So maybe I'm way off. But the latest info from Chika as below is GS are selling down and that is all it takes to explain the current share price activity (but not the shenanigans with all the reversed trades of course).
Anyway just a thought but GS are selling in large quantities. it's the only thing that makes sense, they have declared it in TR1 and Chika has confirmed it.
Many thanks Lionel and yes it, and posts like it, should be stickied. The fact things can't be stickied is part of the reason discussions often go round in circles and long timers lose patience with newcomers who don't do any research, ask questions they could easily find out the answers to themselves, and yet act like they know everything and everyone else is the problem. If one could just say ... read this then we talk that would be great.
Obviously this could go on bushveldperspective and then be linked to but the reality is things change pretty quick so any summary now will be out of date soon anyway. Great stuff anyway Lionel thanks once again for taking the time.

In a rush but an interesting article regarding mines to batteries. About Tesla who else but still interesting. Moving to mining to secure supply.
Lol. Yeah Anyone that disagrees with you wrong and you and you alone are always right. I’m off now and leave you with a little more research

Your welcome mate. As long as we are talking about you you you it’s all good eh. There really is only one point you are proving and it really isn’t what you think it is and truly has nothing to do with bmn. I really don’t know if you are doing it on purpose or if you don’t understand things beyond your own nose.
But the chat yesterday being totally overrun by talking about you was and is boring. I await the next time you post something positive accompanied by jibes at long term holders, false accounts, misunderstanding of rns contents or a lack of reading them, thanking people for pointing out things you could have learned yourself with 5 minutes research, bugging up how smart you are and how everyone else is stupid, and other assorted nonsense.
Again, if you were genuine you would see that this is what you do. Nothing to do with debate, of which we do plenty and have had several negative days on the board recently. A little introspection on your own part would prove you are genuine. But it seems you are just a troll and your only interest is causing discontent.
And I’ll put money on far more people drinking their morning coffee thinking that any point you do have is lost in the fact that you behave like an arrogant self important narcissistic arse. @brgmg of course. And so many opportunities to see it yourself whoosh right over your head. Chump.
"Maybe you can tell me why we are sat on a -5% today "
Because GS are still selling
"and also your opinion on what price the share placing for the $6.5M"
The 6.5M is NOT a placing. They are convertible loan notes and at about 11p maybe? Maybe higher maybe lower.
"will be and also if another placing after this one?"
After which one? The one that isn't a placing. You did read the RNS and understand the financial restructuring yes? If you believe something else is coming please explain.
For a really sustained blue run we need GS to clear (if this is still ongoing of course). And we need the price to be finalised for Duferco. Then we will rerate something fierce IMO.
JSE listing, battery contracts, V price rises. All sorts of news can speed this along. So I have (yet again) bought a very modest amount more in anticipation of the rerate that I expect to happen - in a time frame I do not yet know. I'm fed up of waiting, but while I have the funds to continue to add I will treat it as an opportunity.
Great news yesterday. Secured funding, back into growth mode. Let's go!
Hold the phone:
"(Bushveld Energy has negotiated to holds 50% Enerox Holdings Limited (50% other investor) which holds 90% of Enerox
GmbH along with 8.71% in Invinity) If no other investors participating then the €3.7m loan will be split between the
Bushveld and the other investor. "
Did we know that we own 50% of EHL? So essentially 45% of Enerox GmbH. I read the RNS (all of them) but did not see anything that specific. Did I just miss it?
"Bushveld Minerals* (BMN LN) – BUY – 45.7p – Production sharing agreement with Orion financing Phase III
expansion at Vametco with notes to refurbish Vanchem"
Also yes only up by 1.2p but 4x higher than today. I'd be super happy for a return to those levels in the near term.
Good day today, removal of a lot of doubt, return to expansion. Good stuff!
Yeah IES flying. Madness. Not that I have a problem with the expectation that IES will do well. Obviously we all hope it does. But we are the architect of its existence and the driving force behind it all. And our investment in it is increasing in value. And yet ... nothing over here. Yet!
Well it also has to be at a price that is profitable for us to mine it and sell it into steel. It needs to be at a price that gives us the funds to grow, but does not price the technology out of the market.
https://www.vanadiumcorp.com/news/industry/are-lower-vanadium-prices-triggering-a-wave-of-giant-new-vrfb-developments/
Here it is estimated around $US10/lb for V205 which is a fair old bit higher than current prices. I think most here would much rather see a price at that level than at current levels.
Maybe $40 to $45/KG FeV. That is why people are interested in the V price FWIW and also creating the demand we can scale in to to keep the price under control while also growing the VRFB business.
What incoming? Everyone here knows that V prices can't skyrocket or else it will harm battery uptake just like it did last time. It's been discussed to death and is well understood. You seriously just can't help the superiority complex digs can ya :)
Trafigura plans $2bn renewables push
https://www.ft.com/content/6c33aa3c-2f3f-4448-921c-0007b1e44c27
Nothing about technologies, but of general interest to us I feel. The renewables push is very real and growing. The notion that we wouldn't get any of this business worldwide, that SA and Eskom won't be keen to help push and grow the very local VRFB industry that could help them lift their junk status, is just unfathomable. This is BIG business.
Snore and grrr at the shareprice but our time will come. And soon. IMO obv
I don't know what to think about this so need to try and research whether any transfer could take place off market between two related entities. If anyone can point me to something conclusive on the subject that would be great, else I will look myself once I get chance.
It doesn't seem right at all that a transfer could be used to totally destroy the share price. Also, no need to submit a TR1 was said but then they submit a TR1? I added more yesterday because the share price is so disgustingly low but this doesn't add up. And we deserve transparency.
In this case a statement was apparently made that is then contradicted by a TR1 and accompanied by a share price mashing. They are friendly to us yet are allowing the share price to be trashed so they can transfer to another entity right as Duferco is due? What?
Just so the OP (or anyone else) understands this is the RNS:
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/BMN/vanchem-acquisition-completion-update-m5520puet9e700o.html
And yes agree we only have the option of settling half in cash if we settle early. Or rather any amount we settle early can still be converted into 50% shares at Dufercos option. However that gives us up to the 6th to do that. Obviously discussions and negotiations happen aside from the agreement. Maybe Duferco will not request to settle right away on the 7th? Maybe BMN will offer them all cash and they will take it.
Whatever happens it will pass. It will be a shame if Duferco get in so cheap but we will make that money back on the Vanchem deal anyway in time.
