dougy mate, go back and read the original bind rns .... the new conversion rate was already set ... but there was an option for BH's to forego the reset - yes there will have been some promises made BUT its way to big a leap to assume that ALL the bonds will have a new conversion price other than what was LEGALLY agreed to at original issue.

New bonds absolutely will have a new conversion price but not the original ones.

doug your idea that the bondholder potential ownership % has gone up because the shareprice has gone down is wrong. They get the same number of shares IF they convert and they (the minor holders) have only been converting because their "paid" price was below the shareprice, i.e. 13.1pence (now not the case which is why we haven't seen any conversions since the crash).

Those binds converted have been sold into the market, which is why we got stuck at 15pence, JBER (MM) have been selling those into the market for months now.

wwal - its worse than that - the "Winter Bond" tap facility is with the lead Bondholder -so its a Bond debt not an equity raise, however since Art CRAASHED the SP they are probably having to do some serious renegotiation with the BH to make the clear increased risk worth it for the BH. so strike price is likely to be a lot lower than 7p plus more cheap warrants.

I'd be surprised if the BH stumps up any more cash (they are a small fund and sems they now have all their eggs in the COPL basket) ... also what they have lent in the past has been very specifically revenue earning or cost reduction - keeping the lights IS NOT.

I bl00dy hope they do get the RBL done and the covenants are then resolved and then we get a HUGE JV .... I've been here too long and have too much invested for this to go bust .... but Im allowed to be P144ed off at Arts arrogance with timelines leaving us AGAIN with no working capital.

I wonder how those negotiations are going with the lead BondHolder, after they just lent him 4million and he's back with his handout a few weeks later .... just like when he raised 8million for cuda last year and then strangely borrowed 20mill in bonds for CUDA - what happened to that 8million I wonder.

So very annoyed with COPL management that its been left so late to sort this out and puts the company at risk of going bust. They promised this in Sept, then again in Oct then again in January.

Q4 ops results due next week so full yr should also be done which is the precursor to finally signing terms sheet for senior debt RBL.
