2027 Bonds principal outstanding: $12.4 million (62 bonds)

2027 Bondholders: 4

2028 Bonds principal outstanding: $13.2 million (66 bonds)

2028 Bondholders: 4

3 x 5million plus the odd 1million last 2 days looks like might be all the BH shares that were converted/released for interest payments this week

BUT as ever its almost impossible to keep up with the constant conversions and shares in lieu of interest payments

You cant just flip 89 million shares !!! there's not enough volume to do that. So either they will hold them, sell them onto someone else in an off book transaction or they would have to trickle them into the market over several months.

If they dump 89 million what do you think will happen to the share Price ??

If the BH hold the shares then they will need to TR1. Cant see them dumping on the market theres not ever enough volume to clear that

Troll - the rns says production has rebounded, but its actually fallen to 1250 for June.

FACT - The RNS says Q2 production has rebounded, not June. Q2 to Q1 production has increased.

Why does it all balance on the JV ??? there was no JV on the table 12 months ago and then it was all full control after Cuda would complete and waiting for the Ryder Scott report so that we could then get an RBL and junior debt so we could do the GGS.

EVERTHING relies on sustained Production increases.

the excuse for the rbl not happening last summer was because of the interest rates rises and banks shut up shop .... we probably got to the point that the ****ty deal we already had didnt look that bad compared to getting a new rbl. i also suspect with the lack of production increase all those banks allegedly queuing up to give us an rbl had another look at copl and changed their minds.

.... and then along came the offer of the bonds and art didn't have much choice as he needed the cash for cuda and to stay afloat.

I don't expect any TR1 will be coming .... mm's churned over 200mill and likely the spreadex holding has gone to PI's. If it was a bondholder conversion we normally get those very quickly after they have sold into the market.

This week has all been caused by the contagion spreading from PREM and people being over leveraged. Which if I'm right makes this a great buy price for COPL shareholders and I have massively taken advantage of that this week.

I wouldn't rush to do anything on the "JV", considering Art said he was going to have it tied up last September .... and then October and then January !!
