For what its worth, the past few days where the price spread has been 7.1/7.5, I did dummy buys of around 200,000 shares and all of them came below the mid point. This leads me to believe that most of the sells were actually buys. Hence it could mean shorts closing out or people buying or both. All in all looks positive

Also another point worth bearing in mind is that when directors buy into their own shares its normally a bullish sign. A cannot believe that directors b/w them will invest �950,000 pounds @ 4.5p for everything to end @8p!!! No way. This is the time to buy. If it goes to 20p and peeps are still moaning about directors filling their boots, there're in the wrong game IMHO. If you look at the recent buys, they have been enormous.

Ok Thx. So the patents illumina have under their jurisdiction are national based and cannot be transferred across borders? Also, is there a repository of information where one can find out where illumina have these patents? Form the courts summary, the Judge was critical of the BOD of not using some sort of patents legal advice in initially establishing whether they would be infringing on any incumbent patents.

Flipper very good points. I have a very simple question. Your point 1, does this imply the Premathia can operate in the US which is obviously not in the UK? If yes fine, if not, what stops Illumina from crucifying us in other locations outside the UK? Just wanted to clear that point up.

It may be worth pointing out that if one reads paragraph 41, there is a section that reads, "In the event, Mr. Mitcheson did not appear and the case was argued by Mr. Hinchliffe QC with his customary skill and ability". This leads me to think that the Judge has come across our QC before and may have respect for his abilitiies in patent disputes. Just bought another 23,000 shares at 4.189, and its coming up as a sell. So i guess any trade under the mid of the spread (ie 4.25)could be a buy!!
