I thought ARB was over priced and going to crash. I had listened to "experts" and not the guys involved here and I should have paid more attention to what you had been thinking. I expected a crash to 35p area to be frank and that told me more about the people I had listened to.

Why would you refuse new shares??? that makes no sense what so ever.

The dilution would allow the company to go back and say "hey FCA we did what you wanted and killed our share holders". We would then get to hold more. Without that we are saying "we didn't offer to help but got diluted further".

Board simply have to sweeten the deal and agree with the FCA what they will accept and then get it back out there. Use some of that cash to pay back debts so that the company does not look like it has a pile of cash which it actually doesn't have.

This is not a short game but there is chance for day traders to make some good money.
